Superdry Store Swindon Outlet
The service provided at the Superdry store at Swindon Designer Outlet was excellent. I’d highly recommend it, the store assistant was friendly and helpful.

It was a nice experience
It was a nice experience. It had lot of collections. Only downside is there place is a bit cramped and seamless shopping experience is possible only during late evenings when crowd is less. Prices and offers are good.

Wonderful service on returning a hoodie
Janette and Jamie spent time with us in store and on line to find a larger size of hoodie to exchange for one we were returning. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They were respectful, helpful, courteous and friendly.Finally even ordering on line in store for us and making sure we received the appropriate discount and free delivery. We can’t praise them and thank them highly enough. The replaced hoodie arrived 3 days later and was perfect.
Please convey our thanks to them. We noticed how efficient ly they worked together and were able to deal with o the customers competently while dealing with us.
Well done Superdry in Swindon Outlet!

Staff were very helpful
Shame sizing is on the small size as had to return first purchase as to small but staff were excellent and helped order a larger size than is using worn
