Superdry - Oxford Avis 

The lovely person in your store was very helpful looking for another size when the zip of the skirt I tried was already broken and wouldn’t fully go up :) I didn’t know delivery was free so for them to find the size online to be sent to me was great!

Bought two backpacks to choose from, had to return the one I didn't want. The whole process was quick and easy. Staff in the shop were very nice.

Great store with super helpful staff - I wanted two summer shirts and they only had one in my size. The staff advised I could order the other at the till with free delivery. It was two separate transactions but that makes sense really. Great selection in store and the shirt I ordered arrived on the second working day (bought on Sat, delivered on Tues).

The jacket I wanted to buy had a zip problem and there wasnt another in my size in store. I think her name was Anne Marie in the Oxford Westgate Store who helped me get another ordered. She was so helpful and fun to deal with it made my first buy in a super dry a real great experience. I reckon I'll be shopping here again. Oh I forgot to mention the jacket I purchased was I thought a little over priced but I'm very happy with the construction and design. (so far).

Updated review on jacket-

It's a nice design and very comfortable it's a a mix between a parka and a US M65 army jacket. It's a spring/ summer jacket so don't expect it to keep you dry on a wet day or warm on a coldish evening although the hood helps. It has plenty of pockets that have different poppers the heavier ones are fine but the other more lighter ones are not as one has just broken off. I have since exchanged it for another one so we shall see how it goes so I'm thinking was this really worth £94 perhaps not and just paying for the name. A big thanks to Roma at the Oxford Westgate Store for helping me to get the exchange sorted although a little long winded process by having to wait three days for the refund to go through (I had to buy it again because I'd originally purchased it on line? ) whatever!

The shop boy assisted with the sizing and purchase of the Tilly bikini for me (stock was limited in the Oxford) using his i pad. The delivery was free and timely (took a couple of days). Fits like a dream and loving the style. All set for my Spanish 💃holiday.

Order place to pick up in store, had no notification it had arrived at store, had to chase up myself through the on line chat, on arrival at your Oxford store I asked if I could try on before l took the goods away, changing room needed a good vacuuming I dropped my new shirt on the floor and when I picked it up it had dust and pubic hairs all over it, I wouldn’t return in a hurry
