I am really really unhappy about my…
I am really really unhappy about my shopping experience. I went to Oxford street shop twice to exchange a jacket. But the staff there was not very professional. Firstly, there was a price difference between my last shopping and this time and she didn't tell me if I could get a refund. Second, she handed the new product to me without taking off the lock attached to the jacket! That is a super awkward experience and I'm afraid to wear that now.

I wish the sale items were segregated…
I wish the sale items were segregated size wise and size should be on the hangers necks like any other place so it is easier to navigate,especially when they are hung up on railings.
