Superdry - Rushden Lakes Avis 

We visited the Rushden Lakes store and my daughter found a top she liked on one of the models in the window but couldnt find it .
I asked for some help from a lady called Petrina who is the A.S.L in the store . She was so kind Found the top for my daughter. My youngest daughter who is 12 years old didn't see it was fair my 16 year old was getting clothes in there ready for college.
My youngest daughter wouldn't listen to us but Petrina had explained to her that when she is a big bigger she will be able to shop there.
My youngest has additional needs so have Petrina step in and support us was absolutely amazing .
My oldest daughter was able to try the clothes on and Petrina showed how how to style the top .
Very greatful to her.
I hope she gets recognised for her help and kindness .

Experience was great! Staff were so lovely and friendly, engaging in conversation with us about our day and plans. The changing rooms were very clean, the store was easy to look around, and I was very quick to be served. The cardigan I bought was very good quality.

Staff at Rushden were very helpful. Daughter loves her outfits. Fits well, and good quality.

Great customer service. Helped with sizing for my daughter and took a dress of the display for her to try. Friendly staff! My daughter is so pleased with her purchase.

The rugby shirt I wanted had a slight flaw in the material just above the badge, the member of staff at the till tried her best to remove it but was unsuccessful. She suggested ordering it on line with home delivery, she was so helpful and understanding , completed the order for me and the shirt turned up a few days later. Fantastic service from Superdry. Thank you.

Petrina at Rushden Lakes really helped out today. I had a gift card and although it was out of date she managed to get me a new gift card which was spent today. Excellent service.

Great staff and superb clothing range

I’ve always been a fan of Superdry’s service, but my recent visit to the Rushden Lakes store completely raised the bar. This has officially become my go to location!
​A massive shout out to Joe, who was an absolute legend throughout my shop. I wasn’t exactly making it easy swapping sizes and second guessing styles, but Joe didn’t miss a beat. He was constantly running back and forth, grabbing different bits for me to try and making sure every fit was spot on. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about making sure you walk out looking and feeling your best.
​It’s that kind of high energy, nothing is too much trouble attitude that keeps me coming back. Thanks for the incredible help, Joe! I will definitely be seeing you again next month! Barry

Really friendly, helpful member of staff who went out of their way to help us find the correct size.

I went in today to get some outfits for a specific event which was quite out of my comfort zone. I couldn’t have been given better service by the store manager Petrina and her team Jamie and Charlotte. They went through the store picked out clothes based on what i wanted and helped my try on every outfit and they really helped with their advice. it honestly felt like shopping with friends. They took the time to make me feel valued and made the experience! i couldn’t recommend Rushden superdry and its employees more! it was such a wonderful experience

Had a fab experience at Superdry Rushden Lakes, thanks to Petrina! She helped me and looked after me, giving advice on an outfit for a party. She was happy to spend time with me making sure the dress was the right fit and colour. She really personalised my experience and I came away feeling like we already knew each other!
