I’m impressed at the commitment to organic cotton and the loyalty of the employees I spoke to. T-shirts were soft and relaxed fit - needed to err on the side of a smaller size (as advised by staff).

I received a different coat than the one I ordered
The winter coat I have received at home is nothing like the one I tried in store and the shopping assistant ensured me she was ordering the same one I was trying on. Now I have to return it and probably won’t find the size I need for the winter coat I was originally going to buy. Very disappointing service and not inclined to order online in the future
