The member of staff at Swansea store who served me was very polite and friendly; even my daughter commented on it. Clothes etc are of a good quality, however I find a bit on the expensive side.

Nice sweatshirt
Ordered 2 sweatshirts on line good price ,but they were dispatched separately I thought was wasteful in regard to cost and packaging ,I had to return 1item as it was to small ,very swift return polite staff.goods were of good quality lovely colour .

Ordered online.. Great coat, shame the zip was broken on one pocket, luckily changed it at a very helpful shop in swansea quadrant. So job done and very good quality and style once we got a good one!

I've had a really difficult week and I…
I've had a really difficult week and I went to superdry in Swansea to buy a shirt to remind me of a friend who passed away. I think the girl in the shop's name was Lucy. It's Monday 24th October and she was working this morning and she was incredibly kind, helpful and polite as a shop assistant and more than that as a human being. She helped me find a lovely sweatshirt and made me feel confident. I've never bought something at superdry but I will again. If you read this then thank you and I hope I didn't get your name wrong.

Called into Swansea store to purchase a few items. However I have not been clothes shopping for a long time and don't really have a clue as my ex used to do it all .I think the staff could tell I didn't really know what I was looking for ,and were more than helpful in selecting the items I required excellent customer service.
