On line order is not a great experience
I ordered a jumper on the 11th of November it should’ve been delivered on the 15th but it hasn’t turned up I’ve not had any tracking information it was last updated on Saturday the 13th I have phone super dry to complain and they were supposed to be getting back in touch with me and they haven’t so I have paid for a jumper and I have not received it I cannot get in touch with Hermes so I wish somebody would call me to let me know where my jumper is my telephone number is (07528) 544921 because of this I don’t rate the service very good as I have paid for something and I have still not received it and I do not know where it is and I have not had a telephone call back from Superdrug customer services they were going to investigate and call me back with feedback and I’m afraid to say that has not happened

Empty Deliver - Saved by the staff
I ordered a pair of sunglasses through the website. When they were delivered I opened the box to find it was empty.
I spoke with a really lovely lady on the phone who advised if I needed it quickly to order it again and have sent through to the Tumbridge Wells store (40mins away) where she worked to collect.
The staff I spoke to were all really helpful and lovely and I got refunded the first pair a few days later but it did put me out.
Despite the inconvenience I'm very happy with the product itself and the staff should be congratulated on saving what would have otherwise been a frustrating first experience buying from Superdry.

The product was delivered in a timely manner but when I tried the product the fitting is not how I excepted. I already have a pair of cargo pants and these ones don’t fit the same. I have already thrown the label away.

We are sorry to hear of your unhappiness with the sizing of our products.
As there are no official British guidelines on sizing, interpretations do vary between companies. Superdry is notoriously a slim fitting brand, which may mean that some customers do choose to go up a size compared to when they shop with other retailers.
It is also possible for two products of the same size to differ slightly in size depending on how each item is designed to fit. For example, two T-shirts in a size M will fit differently if one is a slim/tailored fit and the other is designed to be a box/baggy fit.
We still however want it to be easy for our customers to pick the right size for them, so we regularly run ‘fit’ sessions to ensure our sizing is consistent and in line with the rest of the market as possible. We also include a ‘fit finder’ on each product page on our website to help our customers pick the correct size when shopping online.
We welcome all customer feedback and appreciate that the time you have taken to review us. It is through feedback such as yours that we can address areas for improvement and continue to meet our customer’s needs.

A great customer experience for me!
A bit of a kerfuffle over the store collection which delayed pick up by two days but customer service was superb and the staff in store were fabulous! No hesitation in buying again from them as the item was perfect!

Poor quality products.
I am unable to return a poor quality item both by Superdry’s online mode and very unhelpful customer service.
Be warned, if you buy any item from them, it’s likely you’ve hung yourself out to dry.
