Unpleasant experience at collection in store…
The items that were delivered is correct and have no problems with it. My experience with the collection of the items at store made it a bit unpleasant. The man who served me at collection point took a bit long to find my order and have to keep repeating asking me questions when I already told and written the necessary details of my order. After about 10-15 mins when he was able to find it, he just threw it in the counter and did not even ask me if I needed a bag since my orders are a bit bulky and big.

Great clothes and customer service
Ordered ski gear online and collected in store. Ski jacket and trousers are gorgeous, and were a bargain in the sale. Delivery to store and collection was super quick and easy. Staff very friendly and helpful

We received above and beyond service from the store manager Charles. He excelled in his quality of service by sourcing clothing im store and online and in other stores. He held items for me until I could reach the store to purchase. All the staff at westfield were helpful polite and assertive. Thank you for great customer services.
