good quality
Fast shipping. The jacket is high quality, very comfortable and just as expected from photos and online description. The outer packaging was paper bag (only the inner was plastic - maybe you could loose this as well?)

No refund for a cancelled product from my order
One product from my order was cancelled. I was told the refund would take place on 26th October but I haven’t received anything till this day. I called and sent emails to the customer service but no one ever responded. Today I finally texted with someone about this and apparently I would receive an e-mail to confirm something to receive my money back but again, I haven’t received anything. I’m very disappointed with your customer service. I have been waiting 2 months for a refund and I haven’t even received any additional compensation for that!

Paczka nie dotarła
Tragiczna obsługa klienta. Paczka nie dotarła, nie wiadomo gdzie jest i czy rzeczywiście została wysłana. Według DHL, sprzedający jedynie utworzył etykietę.
Tydzień po terminie teoretycznego dostarczenia nadal nic. Śledzenie paczki bezskuteczne.
Brak jakiejkolwiek możliwości kontaktu, maile, formularze - nic, zero odzewu. Wygląda to wręcz jak firma krzak lub próba oszustwa.
