Think this company is going under - beware! Have used them many times before always without any issues. Placed an order in mid May. It was listed as dispatched but never arrived. I contacted them to which they responded it would be dispatched in a week. No order. Contacted them again and they asked me to be patient. It included suncream I needed for a trip so 5 weeks after ordering regretfully made the decision to cancel and asked for a refund. I had paid through paypal. They said they issued the refund, but paypal then wrote to say it was not completed. I went back to them again and they said they had reissued the refund and again paypal said it did not complete. Emailled again and no response.... now onto a paypal complaint. Very stressful. Superfood Market offered me 10% off my next order - I don't think they will be there for me to use my discount code, even if I was daft enough to wish to put myself through this saga again. 2 months later, out of pocket and company not responding.
Seem it has gone to differnet ownership -- I placed my order 5 weeks ago and still not received -- on a order cancellation email i got following reply -- probabbly an automated which even does not address my cancellatioin request
"As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will automatically receive a confirmation email along with tracking information where applicable."
Just spoke to them on phone a very poorline -- and made them to cancel my oder and refund me which they did -- buy they have no shame of their awafull service

30-Jun, a whole month later I cancelled. I did get a refund.
For the £1 saving, I should have went to a normal retailer. In this day and age of next day delivery, sitting on peoples money when you don't even have the product and clearly have not even ordered it in to pass on to me, is just unacceptable.

I had used Superfood Market for a couple of years, they were never quite as prompt as other shops to deliver so I always took this in to account given they were fairly competitively priced on some items. I have a disability and this makes leaving the house and getting food quite difficult so I am oftentimes reliant on food item deliveries being prompt and I also wanted an item for a guest. Unfortunately, even though I delayed ordering until after the date stated on their website that they would be resuming normal delivery after an issue, some time then passed and I began to wonder why my order had not left the store, especially as the email confirmation still stated to expect despatch after 2-3 days. After several days I emailed and was told my order should be going out that week as they caught up with a backlog, unfortunately it did not do so. I emailed today and have asked for a full refund, I am hopeful this will go through as I am slightly concerned reading other reviews it may not and have been told in response a refund is given 'if applicable'. It is not a trivial amount of money for me to be gone. It concerns me that the website has also gone down today to a message 'we will be back soon' when orders have not been fulfilled or refunds received.
Unfortunately I will no longer return to the store.

Edit: 10/7/26 I have now received my refund.

Someone asked for my order number and said the products would be dispatched. It's perhaps no surprise to have heard nothing since. What a waste of time, energy, oh, and my money. If nothing heard by Monday I will open a dispute.
UPDATE: Thank you for contacting me and explaining more fully. And also for processing my refund promptly. This has rectified everything and I hope that the issues you've had with be resolved quickly and you can get back to 5 star reviews

I gave 1 star to make a review. DO NOT . I repeat DO NOT even consider Buying from this business. Whilst their prices may be favourable, nothing else is. They do not update you on your order unless pressured. Make excuses. Then ignore any requests for updates. Ordered ghee on 29th May . Month later still no show. Absolute scammer, save yourself the hassle. Do Not Buy From Them.

I ordered towards the end of May and the goods have not arrived yet and they have only just today told me that its an issue at their end and not at Evri's . They told me it was shipped on 29th May 2026 ! AND have only just , two weeks later, on 13th June 2026 told me it is their fault. I have repeatedly asked for a refund which has been ignored REPEATEDLY.
This is BAD service. On another occasion they issued a refund for something they had sent which was leaking, without my request, but this poor level of service must be seen to be unusual.

I have been ordering from Superfood Market for approximately 5 years. For the first time ever, my order did not arrive. That wouldn’t be a problem if they simply responded to any one of the 6 communications I sent to them. They have lost my trust and my loyalty completely.

Placed order over 3 weeks ago and it’s not been shipped. Customer service won’t respond and issue a refund. Stressful experience especially as I’m 9 months pregnant now and really needed those tablets….

Terrible service. Placed order on 14/05. Called customer services on 27/05 as had not been shipped. Had to call again on 28/05 received shipping notification, but we are now on the 8/06 and courier has yet to receive parcel. Called customer services again today and was told would need to send email to chase up order or request a refund. Did this 5 hours ago and waiting on reply. Total scam. Will never buy from this company again.

Ordered has not been dispatched during 3 weeks, support said warehouse delays and they have my order as priority, but after 3 weeks of fake hopes had to request refund because it seems they have no clue where the goods are and maybe not even having them... very bad experience in general, so be cautious, maybe just unlucky.

10 days after ordering, Evri tracking still shows "we're expecting your order". Blaming "unexpected operational and logistics issue".

I returned a parcel in the manner directed by Superfood via their authorised carrier, EVRI. I was assured by the place I deposited it that I would receive a tracking number by SMS or email. However, I didn't, and Superfood claim they have not received the parcel so won't issue a refund (for c £72). If they use an unreliable carrier, they should be prepared to pay for the consequences. I and my family certainly won't be using Superfood again.
