SupermarketItaly.com Avis

The products were both well protected for shipment and arrived in less than a week.

The pasta sauce, pasta, and the free gift of the coffee flavored candy, delighted my entire family. I will continue to shop here because now I know I can get quality products with great flavor. Getting a free gift was also a nice touch!

I generally purchase the cheese wraps. It would be great if they offered more flavors for individual purchase. shipping is quick, rate is fair.

I enjoy going through their clearance pages and finding things I have never tried before. Fun to try at a low price.
Amazes me how well they package the items.Everything is in bubble wrap.

“Super” Super Market Italy. Great selections of all things Italian cuisine.
Carry my favorite brand of rigatoni and olives. Easy site navigation and super fast shipping.

awesome customer service, good prices and fast shipping

Love this place. I can find lots of my Italian goodies that are not available where I live. Great service!

a great company to deal with, product is first class and customer service outstanding.prices are reasonable and shipping fast.
thank you

I made a purchase of some really nice grilled marinated artichokes. They were great. Then, made another purchase for several more, as we liked them very much. I ordered 20. Not one came in the second order. I was very disappointed. The rest of the order was fine. I tried a few new things. My friend, Jonas, really liked the mocha, espresso chocolate filled wafer mini cone cookies. The resistant maltodextrin was a bargain and so were the capers. I find the rewards hard to use. They are not automatically deducted and have to get a code in your email to enter when checking out. The pay app they use, Shop, never gave me the opportunity to enter the code. Now, I have a code for $50 in rewards that I am not sure when I will use because I just stocked up on my usual purchases. Been shopping here for things not available to me in the New Orleans area. Supermarket Italy carries my favorite balsamic vinegar. So, I am a regular customer.

The ease of placing my order and also sale or discounts Supermarket Italy offers that I take advantage of everytime. The shipment is quite fast too. Supermarket Italy is about the only place I find my fave Mutti depomodoro ketchup, which is the best there is.

Great product and even better service. I highly recommend!

I love and have been shopping at Supermarket Italy for several years and especially because they are the only one who sells Fontal Cheese; they sell it in a 7- pound slice and that means that I can shred it and freeze it whenever I need it, which is almost every time a recipe has cheese in it; I also enjoy browsing through their other products for purchase. Everything I ever bought has arrived in a timely manner and packaged well to endure the travel. It is a wonderful experience overall! Thank you, Supermarket Italy.

The products were on point, fast delivery to the Bronx and amazing free gift

I like the services that I received and will continue to buy my groceries from this organization.

Wonderful sales and products, excellent customer service and protected packaging! Repeat customer!

Saw them advertising online great product great customer service got the product i needed, fast delivery also came packed very very well. All Olive Oil bottles. No single damage. Thanks again. Great company.

I live in a decent-sized foodie city and can typically find anything I want, but I couldn't find something I needed and ended up on the Supermarket Italy site (via a search). I was pleasantly surprised by the breadth of the product offers, the ease of finding what I wanted, and the check out and shipping process. Communications (wrt unavailable items at time of shipping) were great. I received my shipment in a timely fashion, everything was wrapped well -- actually, the best packing I've seen in a long time -- so no broken or damaged items. Fantastic! The only issue I had was the $ threshold for shipping, which I completely understand, but which meant I filled my basket with things I really didn't need (er, treats I shouldn't buy!). I'll definitely be back!

The product I bought was difficult to find from other stores but easily available from supermarket Italy. The price was fair and the shipping was prompt. Very happy I purchased from them.

Absurd prices for mass market quality. I suppose this is a worthwhile site for those who live in areas devoid of Italian grocers or Italian products in their local supermarkets. For those with access, like my area in SE Florida, supermarketitaly.com has utterly zero value. Products are frequently more than double the cost from our local Publix supermarket.

Great selection and fair pricing keep me coming back.
