I ordered 3 products online and received immediately a confirmation that the products were sent out. 1 months later I contacted them that nothing has arrived yet and they wrote "We have just tracked the item and it has not clear results". Then promised to resend the items. Few days later I received the parcel but only with 2 of the 3 products. I immediately wrote them but no response - even after several emails sent. All I get is that the email was received and will be answered asap.
Wrong product shipped and they won't do anything about, can't contact them, don't reply to multiple emails, don't deal with them
We purchased via eBay & advised Super pharmacy Plus the package hadn't arrived. The response was an apology & we received the package in 4 days from the date we advised Super pharmacy Plus. Will buy from them again - highly recommend.
Great discount for the product I wanted and speedy delivery always.
The items were
packed securely with recycled materials and I've never had any breakages.
Another perk is, I get Woolies reward points as I've linked my card with them.
I like the low cost postage fee too.
My cold-storage probiotics arrived so well packaged (and cold) they could have just come out of a fridge, and I live in remote NSW.

I was trying to find a product that was in demand and sold out everywhere. To the point that I used to work foe the manufacturer and had contacts..and even they said there was a supply issue.. I search high and low. Visited over 20 chemists. I was told about Super Pharmacy, and not only did they have what I needed, it had to come cold packed. It arrived in renewable, recycled, green packaging. Zero plastic. And I got to use the felt cold packaging in my worm farm. I was beyond impressed. They had the product. I got it within 3 days, and the packaging was incredible. Cannot fault them.

When talking on the phone the customer service has been exceptional - friendly and helpful.
The communication about my orders are clear and relevant.

Waited a very long time and then got delivered pharmaceutical products that expire in 10 days. That’s a pretty low act dumping short dating products on delivery customers basically 75% of that order will go in the bin in 10 days time. Fool me once super pharmacy but never again.
A prescription was sent to be filled on the 28th December & I still had no word 2 days later.
When I phoned to ask what was happening I was advised they were closed over the break & had now returned & would ship it on the 31st December - meaning I would not get it promptly due to further public holidays.
The shipment was apparently sent & tracking stated it should arrive on the 4th-6th January. As at the 19th January - 3+ weeks after paying for the script, I still didn't have the medication.
I was left without the medication & forced to argue with the dreadful supplier (Burst Health) for over 3 weeks as they advised me this pharmacy has a rule about not re-supplying medication for 21 days - even when Australia Post confirms it has been lost, it has not been delivered & it is no fault of the customer.
I believe that if a business is unable to supply a product that has been paid for - due to being closed over public holidays, a parcel being lost by the delivery service & covid delays - that an alternative should be offered - like a speedy replacement through a different delivery service, or to supply me the script so I can have it dispensed the same day at another pharmacy.
Having said this, & having had a pretty unpleasant experience, I will give credit to SuperPharmacy & say that once they were alerted to my situation, they took the time to do the right thing, reach out to me personally, investigate what had happened, apologise genuinely for my order having slipped through the cracks & attempt to rectify the situation, which I sincerely appreciated.
Due to a number of varying issues, I didn't receive the medication until today, so it was very late & not ideal, but, unlike Burst Health, who continue to be frustratingly useless, Super Pharmacy at least stepped up, apologised & took steps to provide customer service & remedy the situation.
Denied my request for delivery authority to leave package, as well as refused to acknowledge my Woolworths rewards card link.
Customer service reaction to my issues is arrogance.
Beware of fake concern.

Very happy with my recent order with Superpharmacy. Reasonable prices, delivery was super-fast, packaging was environmental friendly and customer service was excellent.
