My worst money transfer experience to date and its not over yet
I tried reaching the company through the phone lines in Canada, US and Britain. The recording said I was first in line and nobody picked up. Now i finally got an online reply. I am waiting 3 days for my additional documents to be approved. They said they received then but now I see my account isn't accessible. If you have loved ones relying on money transfers through Supersonic, you are looking for more family hardship. My family has serious health issues and I cant get the funds out of this agency. It's just like the other reviews said this company is super problematic.

Supersonicz rep in my area, Canada is dependable, will go to any length to solve your problem, and in a timely manner.
I had and issue with sending to a wave wallet in southern Senegal and timing was very critical because the products are to shipped to The Gambia with my workers already assembled to receive and do the planting on that particular day. The contact called and so, they have not seen the money in the Wallet of the receiver. We kept communicating, thinking it was just a matter of time he'll see the money. Because at my end here, everything looked OK.
When the situation didn't change and time was fast running put, my guys waiting in The Gambia can't afford to miss this day because some of them traveled a good distance to be at the worksite, I called my able rep. Within a very short time, figured the money isn't available because the receiver he had no space in his Wallet. We quick, with his help switched the receiver and BAMM! They go the money and the rest was history.
