Amazing service from this Company. I did not expect any company to do such a great job. In just one day all contents in a large apartment were carefully packed away in boxes room by room, labelled and put into storage and held securely on behalf of the owners until they were ready to collect their belongings. I had no concerns about breakages or damage and was impressed how diligently the team packed and moved all the contents. Very impressed and I can thoroughly recommend this company. A great experience.

Cannot fault this company. Very communicative and efficient. I wish I’d knew of them before I moved house a while back as I’d of happily used them over the terrible company I ended up with. Any future removals of any kind, I will use SRC. Fab job guys, thank you so much.

Just had Phil, Josh and Jake, move me from my three storey house after 30 years. These guys were so kind and thoughtful and looked after my possessions with thoughtful care, whilst remaining professional and efficient. I really don’t know how they made any money, it was such a good quote and it took them all day. They listened to my wishes and asked my opinion at the final destination, even though they must have been exhausted, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you guys, great job x

I contacted a number of companies to organise the transfer of furniture from my granorants house in Rye to my home in Devon at short notice, and SRC were able to do the day I needed and fit in a survey beforehand. I spoke with Phill via email, phone and text all the way through, and he also did the job himself, alongside Josh, which I feel is quite rare these days to have that kind of continuity. Phil and Josh had to take take off and replace a bannister to remove a large desk from an attic; they did this with no damage. Kind, friendly and efficient.

Team sent were very casual and took smoking breaks which were taken during a pay per hour service. Got to the new address and they sat in the van for half an hour smoking, while the clock remained ticking. One of the team had a severe BO problem, which wasn’t pleasant to keep smelling.

Some items were damaged, and have boxes/items missing. A box filled with expensive candles, an expensive clock and a box from the kitchen with oven gloves etc all never made it up to the new location. I trusted them when they said the truck was empty.

I contested the amount charged as wasn’t happy with the amount. But before I could make sure I had everything and nothing was damaged I was being threatened by text messages and phone calls about how they’re going to have to escalate things if I don’t pay immediately. I explained I’ve contested the bill and will pay once I’m happy. They then started referring to terms of a contract that I was never shown nor signed. Before the owner could even get back to me one of the drivers was still texting me threats about calling the police on me for not replying to his texts or paying him. All under 48 hours after the service…

Very unprofessional team, came across as a thug company. Worked out to be way more expensive than other companies locally too.

I contacted Sussex Removals via email with my requirements and heard straight back. I needed a short notice ‘man with a van’ move which the guys fitted in for me and did a great job. Communication was good price was very reasonable and they were efficient and careful. I would definitely recommend.

Great bunch of guys called them at very short notice to do a move yesterday from Preston Park to storage they were able to recommend a storage facility for me and the price of the job was very reasonable would highly recommend these guys fast and efficient with everything they done thanks again guys will give you a call in the future when I have my new property to move to A+++

Decent friendly service and reliable on both bookings, takes time to work out the logistics of packing properly, covering items appropriately etc.

I needed a removal man and van asap and Phill naturally understood that I needed assistance and was available same day- fantastic journey talking to him smooth moving and fair price. Excellent!

They moved me from 2 bed to 2 bed there were fast on time smart kind and really good value I would highly recommend to any one looking to move 👌
