The easiest dress hire experience (also my first)! I needed something pretty last minute and Lisa made the experience super seamless and made sure I had a dress in time for an event I was going to. I hired the Aje Bubble Hem Mini dress from SUSTAINABLY for the first time for my 18th birthday, the dress was in perfect condition, although it came a little bit wrinkly, it still looked flawless and I got so many compliments on the dress and it fit me like a glove, the dress was very flattering and flowy it was just gorgeous. The customer service is amazing, I was constantly updated with the shipping information and details through SMS and they were so kind and helpful to guide me through the process of returning the dress as it was my first time hiring a dress from anywhere and their team helped me through any problems I faced. I highly recommend and suggest hiring from SUSTAINABLY, they’re really helpful through their service and their dresses are high quality and I’m so glad I hired from them and overall a great experience as a person hiring for my first time!

Honestly this dress just made my night even better. My sweet 16th wouldn’t have been the same without the dress being my cherry on top. I ordered the aje bubble hem mini dress in pink and I couldn’t be happier with the service and dress!!
