Misleading Product, dishonesty and Poor quality and Customer Service
I am sharing my disappointing experience with Suzhou Fashion
Key issues:
1. Product Misrepresentation: The dress I received is significantly different from the advertised product:
Colour: The colour was bright tacky red instead of the advertised dark maroon
Fabric: Inferior quality with sequins, unlike the advertised image which did not have sequins
Design: The design was noticeably different, especially in the neckline. The dress I received was tacky, very bad quality and cheap looking - completely different from what was advertised on the website.
This discrepancy between the advertised product and what I received is not only disappointing but also constitutes misleading and deceptive conduct.
2. Delayed Delivery: The dress arrived much later than promised, causing inconvenience for a planned event.
3. Poor Customer Service: I informed the company and made multiple follow-ups were required for shipping updates. When I raised concerns about the product discrepancies, the company refused a full refund. They offered inadequate partial refund options ($40 to keep the dress or $70 if returned at my expense). The postage to return the dress was more than $70.
4. Refusal to Escalate: My request to speak with higher management was ignored.
Please see attached the dress advertised compared to the dress received.
Despite multiple attempts to resolve this issue directly with Suzhoufashion.com, including offering to donate the dress to charity and provide proof, the company has refused to provide a full refund of $148 USD.
I urge potential customers to be cautious when considering purchases from this company. My experience suggests a lack of commitment to product accuracy, deceitful advertising and dishonesty, and customer satisfaction.
