I cannot recommend highly enough.
I purchased 11 Wild Sage Floral Wedding Ties in December 2025 for an August 2026 wedding. What brought me to this purchase was the 12-month return policy, which brought great comfort as the purchase felt risk-free.
The ties arrived in good packaging, each one being individually wrapped (which helped with storing them and keeping them in perfect condition until the day) and were beautifully made. The quality was brilliant.

But what has really stood out to me with this company is the customer service and after sales.
After my purchase I was offered to hold off on my order being produced in case I wanted to see a fabric swatch. I was then given regular updates via email and text.

I've also received post-sales after care, a congratulations message on the wedding day (which did make me laugh but was very sweet) and a post wedding reach-out for photos and a review.

Not only did my purchase feel risk-free, there was ease of ordering, plus once it arrived I was so pleased with the quality and after-sales, I cannot fault them.

If you are condsidering purchasing, do it! You won't regret it!

Okay, I don’t usually write reviews but Swagger and Swoon deserve this one. Ordered from them and honestly the customer service was so easy to deal with, quick replies, no robotic copy paste stuff, just genuinely helpful people. I tried other websites to match mine and groomsmen’s ties with the MOH dress. I couldn’t get a match until I came across Swagger & Swoon. The team were amazing the whole way through, from sending out loads of samples to help me match it perfectly and giving advice as well! Couldn’t recommend them enough!

Needed a linen pocket square at short notice so dropped them a message to see if they could help, as the website stated their usual turnaround was 5-7 days. Had a reply from George really quickly. I ordered two ties for my grandsons 5 and 7, I left it late so I rang them up and they couldn’t have been more helpful. Ties were made and posted out and received all within 5 days of ordering.
