Snabbt leverans till Japan med rimligt pris med varor som jag beställde. Men det kan förbättras med fraktkostnad. Fraktkostnaden får gärna bli billivare, men lika säkert och snabbt leveranssätt.

They just took 135 dollars from me in October have not sent me a tracking is not responding to my email I am trying to track down what card I used so I can call the bank and let them know it’s fraud.

I made an order and did not receive any confirmation after 1.5 weeks. I contacted them via email- 3 xs- no response. I texted the owner. Received a short message- we will respond soon. Still no response after more than 2 weeks. Not serious.

Ordered to the UK over a weekend, received the items I ordered after 3 working days which was more than reasonable. Was a bit concerned at first, after reading the reviews, but cannot say I had a bad experience whatsoever. (Edit: I received my order the day after it was shipped)

Note that the delivery fees can be quite high when ordering perishable goods, but this is down to the pricing of the UPS Express Delivery and not the store.

All in all good experience and got a nice taste of home (which is needed as the food in the UK is garbage). Will definitely order again.

Ordered a couple of different Swedish breads. Received old bread, after sell-by date . Not reliable and expensive

I just made a big order, no confirmation given if the payment was successfully or any email given about the order. Problem the money of the payment was deducted. I sent them one support mail, not yet any reply from there. Therefor I checked out this site if it is scam or not. But I really dont hope so. First impressions was good, but high prices. They just have to fix their site and support service. More user friendly. I will see who this ends, but I hope I will receive everything in time what I order without any other issues. Better look for other site, so you will not have the bad experience I got with them now.

I found the site very easy to use, very complete, and the service was amazing! Totally recommend!

I ordered two Swedish kids, DVD movies for when my 3 year old grandsons come to the USA for a visit. The movies arrived in pristine condition and it was above and beyond Butik to let me know that I would need a regional free DVD player in order to play the movies. This company is a A+ company. The movies took a few weeks to get to me, but they let me know they would arrive in 4-6 weeks. And they were right. Thanks Butik.

Their site is extremely misleading, saying that shipping will take one day.

When i asked why it took 7 days for it arrive, tehy said that was only shipping time, it did not include packing.

Do not use this site if you need quick delivery

I used the Swedish Foodshop 2 times now. I was pleased with the first delivery about a year ago but something changed since then.
First of all I found the items to be rediciously overpriced (especially cheese). Second of all this time the delivery was not shipped to UPS until 3 days after my order causing the ordered items to be useless for me. Thirdly I have tried to contact the shop several times now using the email they supply and eventhough they promis 48h responsetime (really? 48h? wow... not impressed) I still havent recieved any answers here today more than 1 week later.
To sum up: dont order there unless your are willing to pay alot, sustain the risk of not recieving your order on time - and you better hope nothing goes wrong because they wont answer you...
