Swift Temps Avis 

Before writing this review, I took the time to read some of the previous reviews, and I came to the conclusion that they seem to follow the same “modus operandi”.
Once I asked for my accrued holiday pay, I sent them numerous emails, but exactly the same thing happened to me: no replies, no proper communication and no attempt to resolve the issue.
It seems that you have to fight for your own rights just to receive money you are entitled to. In my opinion, the weakness of employment regulations and enforcement allows some employment agencies to behave as if they can do whatever they want, while workers are left having to chase them repeatedly for what is rightfully theirs.
This has been an extremely disappointing experience. An employment agency should not make its workers fight simply to receive their accrued holiday pay.

Supposed to have been paid by them Friday 10th July by 17:00 for my induction + 2 hours at best foods banbury

Colin Bedding who confirmed the above has blocked me on what’s app and will not reply to my emails

I emailed them main office copying in Trisha Nawrocka , she said she would look into it and hasn’t replied back since. Even tho I’ve chased a further 4 times .

My contract is with swift temps ,not with best foods so you should pay me on time .

Shocking company , I have never been treated so bad by an employer

Shocking agency. All nice eh nice when want assignment covered. Been chasing my holiday pay for last 8 week. To be ignored by Zak Davis. Manchester branch. No explanation onto why assignment got cancelled until contacted head guy
35 mins cancellation with no pay.
Avoid at all cost if want hassel free work.

I’ll keep it quick and simple- AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!

Had nothing but problems with swift, couldn’t put holidays through when asked and couldn’t pay me on time. Asking for your pay was like talking to a brick wall.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This agency is easily the most unprofessional outfit I have ever encountered.
Payment Issues: Don’t expect to get your money on time—or at all without a fight. I had to wait two weeks just to receive my holiday pay, which is legally mine. They treat your hard-earned wages like a suggestion rather than an obligation.
Toxic Management: The manager, Viky, is shockingly rude. Instead of behaving like a professional and resolving payroll errors, she resorts to aggression. When I dared to question where my money was, she actually tried to threaten me with the police. It is a common tactic to intimidate workers so they stop asking for their pay.
Terrible Community: The atmosphere and the way they treat their staff is bottom-tier. There is zero support, zero respect, and a total lack of integrity across the board.
Bottom line: If you value your sanity and want to actually be paid for the work you do, stay far away from Swift Temps. They are a "company" that prefers threats over basic accounting.
