Albany Store Auckland, the team are amazing and so helpful. Lovely salon team who are so knowledgeable. Very affordable prices and convenient location.

I always look forward to my appointments with Emily. She is super talented with hair and a genuinely lovely person. I leave there feeling treated and my hair is always perfect.
I would recommend this salon and all the team to anyone who is unsure or looking to switch salons.

All times I had hair cut style in this salon the results lasted months. The compliments by strangers, family, friends was positive. Well worth traveling there and price reasonable for service provided. All stuff pleasant

I have many skin allergies and have used Synergy shampoo and conditioner for about the past 20 years. I plan to continue using it as long as it remains available. My hair is smooth & silky using it and I no longer have rashes or eczema that resulted from my allergies to other hair products.

Really gone downhill, hairdressers are not interested in new clients, pricing is well above good hairdressers and products are double the price of other places, perhaps a dying company. Do not go there.

I made an appointment and asked if my stylist was not available to be booked in with someone else
45 minutes before my appointment I was told my stylist was not available and to rebook my appointment!! Not good enough as I had asked for another stylist in the first place

I booked a hairdresser as my first cut moving to Greenwich. It was ok for the price that I paid. After a month, I wanted to book a second haircut and realised that they charged me for a ladies' haircut the first time. Never again, I am going back to them. I am a man, and a men's haircut on their website is £17 - £32, while I was charged £47.25.

Jasmin at synergy northwest was amazing. Listened to what I wanted and absolutely delivered. She also gave great suggestions and overall did a fantastic job

Omg synergy st Luke's was an amazing experience for me. I had Yvonne she was so lovely, very professional, she asked so many questions to make sure she had it right bfr starting. Honestly I'd recommend her all day long. My hair cut was bangin!!! 💚

Hair stylist is what makes an experience for me and I can highly recommend Yvonne at St Luke’s Synergy Hair. The person to see if you are wanting colour and hair styled. Comes with a a lot experience and knowledge. Never disappoints with the end result. Staff are all friendly and inviting.

They were really rude and they don’t know what short vs long hair is. I do NOT recommend if you want what you asked for.

I asked for just the dead ends off and a little layering because I wanted to keep the long length of my hair. I walked out with half of the length gone when I just asked for the dead ends to be gone, I don't recommend going unless you want something you didnt ask for.

St Luke's Synergy hair salon. The lovely hair dresser (Min) was kind and caring and gave lots of beauty tips with easy to maintain instructions, my hair is thick and dry as I know, but she didn't judge me, her care was warming like a mum. Had the greatest experience today, Thank You Min.

Had a great cut and colour from Jasmin at Northwest. My hair is difficult to manage ad she suggested a few products to help tame it!

Jasmine was amazing at Northwest, Massey shop. she helped me with my worries about my hair and guided me to the right product, which I have used on my hair already and loving it so far. would go in and see Jasmine again for my hair needs :)

Jasmine at synergy hair did an amazing job with my hair. I have long really thick hair and she patiently took the time to advise me and then cut my hair. She took her time to make it look perfect. I really appreciated her not rushing the job and taking pride in doing the job well. I felt Fabolous leaving with a much lighter head of hair and a nicely shaped bob that I should be able to maintain. Thanks Jasmine for your attention and care, I felt really well looked after!
