Very disappointed was totally scammed.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM !!!Purchased on 1st December they claimed it was delivered on 27 January!! Was never delivered not on my cameras no delivery photos but trying to tell me it was with no proof.
Well now end of February i still don't have my Purchase or a refund. They also have stopped responding to my emails.

THIS BUSINESS IS A SCAM.
All 3 of the products I purchased, have either been faulty or failed to live up to expected performance. The lens covers for my Samsung galaxy s22 broke after a few months, the protective case with high range drop protection popped off when the phone was dropped by accident around knee height, and although the glass screen protector didn't break, it did fail to protect the actual screen which is now broken underneath it. Hilariously, since the first issues, I have discovered that the screen protector isnt actually even glass!!
Submission has been made to fair trading.

Received a damage MacBook case, emailed with photos - no response, called - number is disconnected, their website has been down for 3 weeks too... Starting to reek of a scam. Horrible user experience

Very difficult to deal with would never buy anything from them ever again avoid buy local so you can return faulty products

Bought an Otterbox case for my Samsung S22. Syntricate had the cheapest price at the time. Received it by Express Post, item was exactly as expected, a perfect fit on the phone and I couldn't be happier.

I wish I had come here first. I received a defective product - I understand this happens, and contacted them about a replacement or refund.
The worst experience in customer service I've ever had - they were rude and argumentative and not remotely helpful. I have wasted 5 hours of my day trying to get this sorted and it still isn't. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, it is not worth the discount or product

I ordered my AirPods case and they still haven’t arrived so I kept emailing them n they never reply. So I order another one just and they still do the same☹️🤬

Terrible customer service. Rude, argumentative & unhelpful. Phone case came apart in my hand after 4 weeks of use. Told its not faulty(?!) Want customers to return at their own expense when a clear fault is there to see. Woman on phone couldn’t have cared less. Definitely avoid.

Was a bit worried about ordering after looking at the negative reviews, but my Otterbox iPhone case was easy to order, came quickly with free express shipping and an Aus Post tracking number and is exactly as described for almost half the price of some other stores.

made an order two weeks ago and still waiting for it. Contacted Australia post every day with no answer. Definitely not express.

Avoid at all costs after reading some other reviews seems like the same story I brought a phone cover it didn't fit I went to return it. They said the box was damaged and wouldn't refund. Avoid at all costs I don't believe when I sent it. It was damaged. Also the pictures were misleading it was a 90 dollar product and probably worth 10 dollars. Misleading, liars and poor business ethics stay away if you don't want get ripped off.

Excellent Experience, these guys are on point always. Like Noah often reaches out to you if you leave something in your cart to see what he can do and offers discounts.

Some prices are a little higher compared to competitors but same day shipping and free express shipping no minimum spend show me another company that does that.

Items have always been sent same day and arrived promptly I recommend these guys wish they stocked nomad.

After reading the reviews here, I was a little nervous, but Syntricate had the case I wanted at half the cost of anywhere else so I took a gamble! I ordered through catch of the day, for extra protection just in case, but didn't need it. Placed the order on Wednesday night, and it arrived Monday the following week. It's in perfect condition and works perfectly, I am super happy! Saved me heaps of money, and great service.

I purchased a UAG phone case that arrived extremely warped.

Upon requesting a refund from the seller, the seller advised the case was a ‘Biodegradable Composite case and they look wrapped up’ [sic], because ‘there is no Plastic Polycarbonate material in it that why it looks like that’.

The seller further advised 'when [I] insert the device [I] wouldn't see that'. The phone case was so warped it wouldn't even lie flat on a flat surface, but lifted up at least 3mm in the middle.

Very disappointing and from my point of view very disrespectful with the the customers.

Purchased a lifreproof case for my Samsung S5e, case wouldnt fit around volume keys correctly. When I contacted customer service they advised it was damaged by myself and would not replace the item.

Ordered a IPAD cover the title mentions the year but not generation.
Returns are at your expense and they also withhold 25% for restocking...Called and they don't try and help with options like suggesting another product. I suspect they are defensive because they suffer from unhappy customers and don't spend time looking at why and what they can do to reduce issues.
OMG they return email is in bold stating not to do anything until they contact you. Customer training required for small business.

Price Match Guarantee is a load of BS. When you find a match that meets all their criteria. They just reject it. Shame.
