Superb teamwork and customer service.
The teamwork from everyone involved, from the greeting and coffee to the helpfulness of the service manager and team of technicians and valeting team that worked on the car and presented it back to me in pristine condition. I was fully informed throughout by e-mail, phone calls and a video commentary on the work needed and being done as it progressed. A credit to the dealership.

recently purchased a gt speed with warning light
recently purchased a gt speed, on way home had a tyre warning light come on, noticed a nail in tyre when i got home, becky got me a new tyre without any hassle. outstanding service from start to finish.

Vehicle collected as agreed and efficient service completed on budget agreed. Initial refusal by warranty company altered after strong representation by Sytner . As ever staff most helpful and a joy to deal with.

Thorough but overall disappointed
The actual service was excellent and very thoroug. As a balanced review I was disappointed the car was cleaned as I asked multiple times it shouldn't be. I also didn't like the suggestion the car couldn't be returned to me without certain work being completed. Finally, certain Advisories are included on the service history, other garages add to a side note.

Poor service, poor communication
Sold me a vehicle and included and told me I had a free service, then tried to charge me nearly £4000 for servicing my vehicle six months later. Placed tyres on my vehicle for £4500 without checking or querying with me and then returned my vehicle a week later without all of the work being completed. No courtesy car and no goodwill gesture. I've made a formal complaint

This was a trouble free experience, exceptional service from start to finish I have no issues whatsoever.
Other companies could learn a great deal from Bentley in Birmingham on how to offer after sales service and care.
