Great service
Brought the car in for a service and was allocated another Maserati for use for the day. Team from receptionist to service personnel to sales people on the floor were very accommodating, as always, and I think they try hard to value the customer and build a familial atmosphere. Also sales were very helpful answering my queries on the new Grecale. Car was returned with excellent point check system and extremely clean. An enjoyable experience - more so because as the service was included in the purchase price of the car, I didn't have to pay!

Perfect service experience
Everything from booking in to collection was perfect. We were met on our entry by name. A seamless booking in process followed. Updates on progress were regular including video. Car was immaculate on collection and a follow up call was received.

Delighted
From the initial enquiry through to collection, the whole process and experience has been nothing but exceptional.
I purchased my car after seeing it on one of their informative videos and had no qualms about buying it unseen after seeing their excellent reviews and speaking to a very professional Sales Advisor by the name of Frankie.
They collected my wife and I from our home and took us to the dealership on collection day.
A glass of (non alcoholic) bubbles awaited us upon arrival, followed by several cups of excellent coffee and light conversation before the ‘big reviel’!
Finally we got to see our car…. Prepared beautifully and faultless in every respect, freshly serviced and ready to go, we couldn’t have asked for more.
A gift hamper in the boot was a lovely touch and very much appreciated, attention to detail from start to finish… we couldn’t be happier with the car or choice of dealership that supplied it.
Special mention also to George and Neil whom I spoke to several times during the process and along with Frankie couldn’t have made the experience any better.
We will definitely use Graypaul again and wouldn’t hesitate recommending them to anyone in purchasing a Ferrari.
