Excellent service, very professional and honest advice about the car, without any sales pressure. Steven in the service department could not have been more accommodating. Previously used JCT Leeds but will be getting both cars serviced here from now on.

Graypaul Edinburgh - first class service
My car was booked in for a service at Graypaul Edinburgh. I booked a month in advance and on the day before the service, I received a call to make sure I was still able to come .. and also to ask how I liked my coffee so it could be ready on my arrival. Before the service Kevin went through everything with me and we had a very enjoyable chat about cars in general and other things we established we had in common. I was permitted to view the servicing bay and see the passion of the mechanics in action. i was then offered a lift back to my home by the garage driver. My car was ready when I was told that it would be, I got another coffee, had another nice chat and then was presented with my immaculately cleaned car and a bill for exactly what I was quoted.
