Sytner Group - Maranello Sales Avis 

Very poor communication and level of service. Slow to progress ... 1-2weeks has turned into 2months and the car is still not due back until 6th Sept at the moment!

Everything was as promised having been badly let down by Sytner’s Jaguar dealership a number of times it was refreshing to have some customer care delivered

I had an amazing experience buying my 812 with jack at maranello. He was very attentive and didn’t miss any details and was a great experience , I would definitely buy another car from jack again

Paul at Marinello in Thorpe was excellent as always.
A bit frustrating that there wasn’t the higher car available , which was booked some weeks before , but this was nothing to do with Paul.

I have had my Maserati Levante serviced at Egham for a few years and the experience has always been exceptional.

Antony in the service department always looks after me and is extremely knowledgeable but most importantly is always very fair - I would not hesitate to recommend this company for any Maserati work big or small.

Normally happy with the service, but something went seriously wrong their end this time. Now being resolved and they are taking responsibility, but quite frustrating.

I recently bought a Ferrari from Maranello Egham and couldn't be more pleased by the entire experience, it was simply first class and that was before I even set eyes on the car in person. A special mention must also go out to Theo T. who I dealt with and he arranged everything for me in a very timely manner. So much so that he not only arranged delivery of the car to my home in Northumberland but personally came up to do the handover himself which for me is going above and beyond as it's a circa 600 mile round trip so 'Thank You' for this Theo, you've certainly got a customer for life with me. Outstanding!!!
