Jordan Wilson was the person who sold me my car and I couldn’t recommend anyone better! Talked me through the entire process, from start to finish and even after buying the car called me to check up on how everything was. What I really appreciated was how he spoke to me and not to my male counterpart, I’ve had issues previously of people completely ignoring me and selling to him even though I’m the one buying. Throughout the whole thing I felt completely seen and heard, just great thank you so so much 😊

Great service from Jordan and Cheryl who were both professional, friendly and helpful in locating the perfect car for me. The end to end process from Jordan’s first reaching out, to Cheryl finding the car and sorting out the finance to the collection day was great. Buying a car can often be stressful, but with Jordan and Cheryl it was a relaxed experience. I have no hesitation in saying, if you want a Mini ask for One of them, you will be glad you did.

Awful Communication
I’m writing this review to express my disappointment with my experience with Sytner Mini Coventry.
I called the dealership that morning to enquire if a specific car was still available and was advised that it was. I made the appointment for 1pm and received a confirmation text at 11:30am.
I arrived 45 minutes early and was given the keys and shown to the car by the sales manager as the sales representative was still with their customer, I was also given a print out of the cars details, all this was fine.
After waiting the full 45 minutes, a staff member came over and told me the car had been sold. Firstly, I’d had an hours drive to the dealership and secondly I could have been advised the car was sold on my first interaction with the sales manager. I wasted half a day due to their poor communication.
This in complete contrast to the service I’ve since received from Soper Mini in Lincoln.
I was advised their car was available, visited the dealership, purchased the car and loved every part of the buying experience.
Sytner Mini Coventry could learn a lot about customer satisfaction from Soper Mini Lincoln

Wouldn’t recommend
Initially, they were very responsive and helpful. This was in regard to a vehicle enquiry, where I had two phone calls from an advisor about the car and a personalised video of it. However, it went downhill when we decided to make the journey up from Somerset to Coventry and saw that the car was not in the condition we initially thought. For an approved used mini, I struggle to believe that it had passed the checks due to a cracked rear bumper and worn front tyres. As it is a used car, of course we would not expect it to be immaculate. However, they would not be flexible on the starting price and we’re not transparent from the advert and video. Furthermore, the sales advisor was somewhat helpful but came across as standoffish at times. This is not what you would expect from a main dealership.

Everything necessary to collect my new approved Mini was done with great satisfaction for both sides, even obtaining the vehicle from another dealership within the group to allow me deal with the same staff previously meet.

Michelle was very helpful even though our first visit was in the pouring rain!
She was very helpful and explained everything to us. I would recommend the service we received.
At the end of the day I purchased a mini which I'm very happy with.
