The dealer is clearly trying hard to come into the 21st Century... but the experience is still behind the local Audi / BMW Dealers... needs a bit of a revamp and also the staff are still made to dress quite formally...
Whole thing could be more relaxed and chill
Also my service booking didnt give me the offer of a courtesy car and the service advisor wasnt passed on certain information at the time of the booking
It was OK in the end...

It’s like a dream!
The whole process of buying a new car was very easy. Mostly done on-line apart from a single unannounced visit to the showroom. There was some confusion earlier on when the person I was dealing with left the dealership but Ryan who took over was very helpful and appreciated.
I’m still in the first throws of enjoying the I-Pace and getting to know how it functions and it’s a dream to drive. What’s more my wife enjoys driving it too!

Excellent level of service
Excellent level of service. Claire in the service department kept me fully updated in respect of the work being completed. The automated update system was also very useful. Reception staff were very helpful and hospitable frequently offering beverages. My car was valeted to a good standard. I was very happy with Sytners. Thank you.

Top Draw Service
I have been using Guy Salmon in Coventry for 5 years, with two cars. I find their service department excellent. The service advisor who deals with my car is second to none. Efficient, attentive and nothing is too much trouble. He keeps me informed throughout. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the dealership.

The single worst service I have ever…
The single worst service I have ever had from a car company. My car goes in with a fault on the windscreen, something that the part should never have done given the value of this car and 3 months later not only has the car still not been repaired they left the car out and the amount of water damage has significantly increased. They want me to be appreciative that they aren’t charging me for the extra work, damage they have caused to my vehicle. I can’t get a pick up time, I’ve only had a courtesy car for 3 weeks of the 3 months and still I don’t have the car. Customer service and after sales is awful

The tyre pressure warning was mentioned before MOT
The tyre pressure warning was mentioned on the MOT as Major fault. The service person I spoke to in the morning I did warn him about the fault Had Only just occurred On the way to the dealer for its MOT. I thought they would’ve checked the car before going to the MOT station.

Great Service
Great service from the team especially Matt. Kept me informed all the way through and work carried out whilst I waited. The hosts brought me coffees and looked after me. Matt explained the invoice and the car came out cleaned and vacuumed. Thanks everyone.

After entering the showroom was greated by the warmest of smile by the receptionist and was dealt with promptly and offered a cup of coffee which was nice. On departure was once again asked if everything was sorted and i was happy with how everything went. Made my day.
