The staff went above and beyond for me, wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I was greeted immediately by Kamila. She was lovely and explained as much as I wanted to know. I arrived early arriving to collect and could see she was busy with other clients so sat down out of way but when spotted me she came over to greet me and apologise for the delay and organise a tea. The lass didn't stop and whilst attending to me quickly greeted other clients seating them with refreshments. I was impressed.

An immediate acknowledgement is important when you arrive at a showroom for the first time, which I received. I've walked out of many, you don't want to feel pressurised but neither ignored, a simple greeting is all it takes.

The whole team seemed to work well together...
and.....I'm loving my mini.

My wife and I visited Sytner, Leics to enquire about buying a MINI. Tasha looked after us and provided comprehensive information which enabled us to purchase a 3 year old MINI ONE and order a new MINI COOPER.
Tasha was very knowledgable and enabled us to buy what we wanted.

This is my first experience of Mini Sytner Leicester and I can’t say enough about them. From when I first walked in the showroom they were friendly, polite and knowledgable about the cars. They could not do enough for us. Especially the sales lady who helped me with my purchase. I was kept informed throughout the process and if I ever needed to contact her and she was not immediately available she always got back to me as soon as she could. If only every car showroom experience was like this!

Smooth efficient change over of our old mini for a new model. Excellent caring service. Great staff who explain everything. You really get to feel valued and cared for. Shraddha in the Sales team really deserves a special mention…she is understanding ,efficient and cares for her customers. We know she will give us the best deal possible.

Paige Hamil” was really helpful at Sytner Leicester, and kept us up to date during the very very long wait! I think that if it was not for her continued help we would have cancelled the order. Just one observation we were given two keys and one key ring. This I presume is a cut back. We asked Paige and she said that this was normal.
It wasn’t the case when I brought my mini a few years ago!

This was my second purchase from MINI and was very pleased again! Harry was excellent from the start! Made me feel at ease with everything, explained and helped me understand fully before I committed to anything. Just being nice, friendly with a bit of banter makes a great salesman rather than the typical standard ‘pushy’ and ‘persistent’ which was great to see. Haidee was very thorough, friendly and explained all my options and was honest (which is hard to come by!)
