I collected my new Mini Cooper Sport last week and am thrilled with the car. The customer service was exemplary and special thanks go to Elliot for making the process both simple and super efficient. He went out of his way to help me and to ensure all my questions were answered both fully and efficiently. I'll be back in two years to purchase another.

Recently came in for a service and Rebecca at the front desk managed to get the same day service completed earlier on my vehicle which was much appreciated.

I am blown away by the exceptional customer service I received at Sytner, Luton particularly from Joe.
Joe was very attentive to what I wanted and I did not feel pushed into closing a sale. He considered what was important to me when suggesting vehicles and I would highly recommend visiting their showroom for that personalised experience.

Poor experience where I was charged £60 for a tyre to by removed, which was put on too tight when I bought the car. I always waited over 5 hours for this!

Having purchased over 6 BMWs in the last 30 years and having dealt with various branches across the UK, I have to say I was blown away by the excellent customer service that I received from Sytner BMW Luton. In particular Dan and Jamil on the sales team. I am not an easy customer to impress, but on this occasion I have to say I was really blown away by their customer focus and willingness to go the extra mile ... Well done guys, you are guaranteed my future business!

The sales person was really helpful and had a good attitude. Once I brought the car, I had to chase for an email confirming I had paid a deposit, but this was sent promptly. I was going to exchange my current car but the price offered to me was a lot less than I was quoted elsewhere, so I passed on it and sold it to another company. The main reason for the low price, according to the manager, was due to a small chip on my windscreen saying it would cost the garage £400 to replace, he seemed a bit fixated on it! I then noticed that the car I brought from the garage had a chip in the windscreen!!!!! It had been treated but that is not the point. I probably would only go back to this garage if I had to.

I was very pleased with the second to none service received when i collected my new car, the staff were extremely helpful and made my purchase worth wile, i was very impressed where the car was waiting for me in its own showroom it felt special , i have no doubt i have chosen the right car.

Excellent customer service and wonderful coffee. Jamil his colleague Steve made the whole procedure easier.

Amazing service by Tracy in the Service Dept. She couldn’t have been more helpful, communicative or friendly. Never had a great experience with main dealer service depts (not specifically BMW), I usually feel like I’m being ripped off. The whole experience was brilliant and my car was ready a few days early as well. Thanks Tracy and thanks BMW Sytner Luton.

May I say that I found my sales person Tony Gair to be very cautious and helpful when choosing my new BMW x 3 MSport. I did find the almost 12 month wait to be very frustrating…….. but Tony kept me informed of It’s progress throughout.
