Imran was great from start to finish with my service and mot he was very informative and let me know every step of the way while they had my car and was even better when I picked it up cause I was offered a coffee and biscuits while waiting thank you very much sytner BMW maidenhead and taplow will be back 😀

Waiting a couple of hours at Sytner for my car to have a recall procedure was a very pleasant experience. Polite staff and a hotel style waiting area were very welcome. I was updated on progress throughout.

Good service, just took a bit long.
Nice setup and service, friendly and welcoming staff, was able to work whilst I waited with Wi-Fi available. It took almost 4hrs when estimated 90 mins. Was the only down side. Take laptop power!
