Windscreen Replacement…
I went into Sytner to get my windscreen replaced, however you had ordered the wrong windscreen, I should have realised when all the emails and texts were in my wife's name ... you had ordered a windscreen for her car not mine.
However, the service went back to the usual 5 stars after this, coffee while waiting and they sorted it out, but it took 3 days to replace a windscreen :(

Good friendly staff from sales team
Just brought a car from Daniel with the sales team, the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Everything went smoothly from looking at cars to eventually picking up my iX1 thanks to Daniel. He was professional, friendly, honest and made everything stress-free. Shocking experience
Shocking experience. I purchased BMW 4 series BMW approved used car from BMW sytner Nottingham.
7 months in to warranty period, the car started making noise. Took it in to BMW sytner Nottingham who inspected the car and their technician came with written and recorded message advising there is a leak and if not fixed asap it will cause catastrophic damage to car.
I spoke to after sales team as the car was still under warranty who came back and advised me it was not covered under the warranty as “the differential seal is leaking but it’s ONLY covered if it’s pouring”.
For weeks I was being passed between BMW and BMW sytner and they both kept blaming each other but neither took responsibility.
I then paid BMW Sytner to carry out the works and car came out with more issues then it went in with.
Car was making really loud rattling sounds as they had left some loose parts. Now they are asking for £150 just in case they haven’t caused the issue.
This is not the first time my car has gone in to this place and come out with issues. My last car was recalled due to faulty part and when it came back out - there was engine management light on and various other issues and they said it was all a coincidence.
After sales service is really shocking

Use at own risk !
Terrible. Mini sold me a car which was damaged, this damage was found on the first service. Since then we have been accused falsey of causing the damage. We have complained and been told they would cover half the cost of something they should cover the whole cost for. Will never buy a BMW or Mini again, the service I have received is nothing short of a joke, put a car sales man in a suit and they think they are Lord Sugars next apprentice.

We always aim to support our customers fairly and professionally, even in situations where liability cannot be established. Appalling after sales service - BMW Sytner Nottingham
Bought a brand new BMW X5 from Sytner BMW Nottingham in March. Almost immediately, I found a problem with the factory-fitted sunroof (severe water ingress when it rained). I tried a couple of times to find a resolution with Nottingham, and frankly, I was given the runaround. They were difficult to contact (can't speak to anyone directly - you have to leave a WhatsApp message and wait for someone to call you back). They can't do technical reviews of the car on Fridays. The best date they could give me for a courtesy car, if I needed it, was in June! In fact, they recommended that it might be better and faster for me to contact BMW assist directly and get them to bring the car into them! This whole experience felt like a classic case of once they have made the sale and got your money, they are no longer interested!
In the end, I gave up with them and called Group1 BMW Lincoln on Friday. They got me into them on the same day. I left the car with them at 10:20, and by 16:30, I had it back - problem resolved (broken seal). Needless to say, I won't be buying any more BMWs from Sytner Nottingham in the future! And thank you, Group 1 Lincoln.

Long wait
I arranged time 9-30am for MOT and brake fluid change Sytner emailed me to bring car in at 8-45am I thought ok a couple of hours wait and I’d be home for lunch when I arrived I was told pick up car 5-00pm. Why bring arrival time forward 45mins? However the work was carried out to my satisfaction.
