Great customer service
The team at Sytner, Oldbury have been fantastic. This was my first mobility car. Initially Gary dealt with my application and he was extremely competent and handled my application professionally and with ease. When Gary left to work in another department, Lizzie took over and she has been fantastic too and kept me updated throughout, resolving any issues as and when they arose with professionalism and helped the whole process to run smoothly. Any member of staff I encountered were always really friendly and helpful so I really can’t fault my experience.

Went to buy an unlock wheel nut at this branch , I had a wonderful full experience when I went in to collect and also via phone call arranging the purchase .
I had to claim my cash back from my car dealer and Daniel Morris was as pleasant as ever to assist me with the changes I requested via phone.

Fantastic customer service from both Gary and Mark of mini oldbury branch. Brilliant support with motobility and handover of as well xtra special with refreshments and bow on top of the new car ready for the wow factor response which I really enjoyed. Knowledgable sales team who listened to me. I was kept updated re the manufacture and shipping of the car. Excellent handover on day I collected my new car.
One irritation- being asked to download and complete documentation prior to collecting my car. I can use a computer but find it difficult to upload photo, driving licence information etc. I would much prefer this to be done in branch on collection day- I think it would enhance customer service.

Motability Users
It would seem the aftersales service offered to Motabilty users by Styner is substandard to that offered to ordinary purchasers. I need warranty work on my Mini Clubman but can only be offered either 20th December (too near Christmas) or, confirmed, 3rd January. No replacement vehicle being available and no collect service until 17th January. Interesting as no customer would tolerate this sort of inferior service.

Amazing service from Lizzie and the team
After an awful experience with Sytner Mini in Coventry (see my other review) I hotfooted it over to Oldbury to see another vehicle. I had a great experience with Lizzie and the team. I found the vehicle I wanted and it was clear they were up for a win-win outcome. I drove away in the vehicle that same day.
Very happy with the service and would highly recommend.

I had a really great experience with every visit to Sytner MINI Oldbury, all of the staff were so helpful and friendly, they never put any pressure on you, they just provide you with all of the information and advice you need to help you make decisions with purchasing your new MINI. The customer service received from Billy and the team at Oldbury Mini was superb. From the moment I walked into the showroom I was given a warm welcome but not pressured or made to feel awkward in anyway. I’d been to several other dealerships and either totally ignored or pounced upon.
They made the whole process of purchasing my new car enjoyable and stress free. So much so, I traveled over 80 miles from my home in Manchester to use Oldbury Mini and I would 100% recommend to anyone.
