Sytner Group - Sytner Oldbury MINI Avis 

We arrived at Sydney Oldbury on Friday 27th May looking for a mini.
I must say the staff were incredible. Richard was very helpful in finding the right car for me at the right price and specification. In less than 5 days I drove away with my perfect mini. I cannot thank Richard enough nothing was too much trouble for him. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family who are looking to purchase a mini.

Been with MINI for many years now and I don’t think I will be returning. Had to wait 8 months for my car and the updates were just awful. Didn’t get all the features I wanted despite paying extra because apparently you need to add certain packs on and pay ridiculous amount for them before you can then pay for the feature your want. They don’t even give you a full set of floor mats anymore! The pressure put on the staff to keep customers happy while not getting information themselves is shameful, too. Was glad when I finally picked up my new car so I no longer have to deal with MINI.

Ordered mini electric 27/11/2021 with a £2500 gov plug in grant no contact with dealer unless it was to tell us of more delays then the day before we were due to collect the car on May 15/2022 we get a call to say that the grant changed to £1500 on 15/12/2022 a full 18 days after my order and could I pay £1000 more for my car please the dealer had 18 days to secure the grant but did nothing and never once had the decency to contact me to explain in the 6 months I was waiting for the car to be built which got delivered damaged and then had to have a new bonnet fitted
I would never use Sytner Mini Oldbury again and I certainly would advise anyone considering using them to be very cautious they do not seem very organised branch at all in my opinion

I am delighted with my new car and the standard of advice and support given by my salesperson who was very thorough in her approach to the purchase of my mini. Also she was very efficient in the part exchange transfer of my car as part of the sale. Thank you. I would be happy to recommend the company to my friends and family. Also when necessary I would do business again with Sytner Oldbury.

Richard spoor was fantastic from start to finish answered any questions I had kept me updated every step of the way explained everything perfectly nothing was to much trouble great service great sales man highly recommended even on the day I collected car he was happy to spend as much time as I needed explaining everything about the car controls settings and said i have his number If I need any help after collection don't hesitate to ring if I could give me than 5 stars I would give 10 plus great 👍👍👍👍

Excellent service and communication over the telephone.
I received the same service in person when I collected my vehicle.
A scratch on the dash was pointed out to me with a reassurance that this would be remedied on receipt of a replacement part.
Would not hesitate to buy from Sytner Oldbury in the future.

Received excellent help and advice from Richard Spoor when purchasing my mini clubman recently. I have a large breed dog (35 kg) and wanted to be sure that she would fit comfortably in the boot. I was advised to bring her in which I did. She fitted in with room to spare and enjoyed lots of fuss and dog biscuits from the sales team. I was very impressed by the friendly and professional service and recommended them to my niece who in turn booked a test drive the following week and purchased a mini clubman as well!
