Awful company
Awful company. My partner and I arranged a viewing a week prior, the car came in damaged with a smashed headlight and stinking dirty. We put a deposit down anyway, say theyre going to fix it and all the scuffs on the alloys and we then find out through a HPI that its had crash damage undeclared to us which we then ring AND message about. Ring us back an hour later saying they've miraculously SOLD THE CAR despite our deposit being on it already. Dodgy asf would never go anywhere near them again.

Be careful
Purchased a car, after a great sales pitch and numerous phone calls & emails daily untill the finance went through i personally thought this is a buisness that cares and wants buisness, purchased and additional years warranty for the car also.
Once car was mine and problems arrose they ignored phone calls, emails, left viocemails and car has been in the service workshop twice in 2 months and problems still not addressed.
Alot of inconvenience and stress when they constantly pursue you to buy a car and when you have it you are forgotten

Poor customer service
From the start, the booking system was a nightmare, no one to speak to on the phone, relying on WhatsApp with long waits, and then receiving a text confirming the wrong date and time. I had to chase again just to make sure my car was booked for the time I specifically requested.
When I dropped the car off, no one greeted me at reception. I waited about 10 minutes until someone from the far end of the building asked if I was okay and pointed me to the service advisor, who was right in front of me but avoided eye contact the entire time. She was polite enough once she had to deal with me.
The next day, I received a text saying my car had passed. I arrived at the agreed time, only to wait another 30 minutes with no communication. The service advisor seemed like I was bothering her, barely spoke to me, handed me a piece of paper and my keys, and just stood there behind her desk waiting for me ti leave. No invoice, no clarity, nothing.
Overall, poor communication, disorganized service, and extremely lacking customer care. The MOT itself was fine, but the experience has made me question whether I want to ever step into this place again. Two stars, only because the advisor did smile a couple of times when I dropped my car off.

Car went in for MOT, no problem. Was a little disappointed as I'd also requested a wash and vacuum at the check in online but this wasn't carried out.
