Had a genuinely good experience buying…
Had a genuinely good experience buying a car from here. The biggest plus for me was that there was absolutely no pressure. When we arrived the sales guy Robert introduced himself, explained the set up and left us to browse. No hard sales, no following us round, just hands off until we wanted to ask some questions. To be honest I had gone out that day with no intention to actually buy, just to look!
I liked three cars and took two for a test drive, and loved one of them. Robert was happy to answer all my questions very honestly and was lovely to chat to. He would have been more than happy if I wanted to take some time to think about it and come back another day but I decided to go for it.
When it came to sorting out the paperwork he and his sales manager Jacob talked me through it and made it all easy and straightforward. All in all I was very happy. I tend to keep my cars for a long time so hope they are still there in 8 years when I’m ready for my next one! 🙂

Amazing team! So friendly and helpful
The car was cleaned and in perfect condition before we came to pick it up. The team went above and beyond to make sure everything was clear and that the process of sorting finance etc was smooth. Couldn’t recommend them more, will definitely be coming back for future cars.

Great customer service by Shinay
We purchased a car today from Sytner Select Cardiff and had a fantastic experience overall. Shinay Ali, our Sales Executive, was absolutely superb throughout the entire process.
The overall process did take quite a long time, but this was due to internal constraints rather than Shinay herself; there only seemed to be one person available to complete key parts of the sale. Despite this, Shinay did everything she could to keep things moving and speed things up as much as possible.
She was incredibly attentive, helpful, and professional, especially as we had children with us who were getting bored. She remained patient, polite, and approachable throughout, answering all of our questions clearly and making sure we felt supported at every step.
Her customer service was genuinely outstanding and made a big difference to our experience. We’re very grateful for her help and would highly recommend both Shinay and Sytner Select Cardiff.
