Unfortunately the service which I was…
Unfortunately the service which I was given after my car broke down after only having it 3 months was appalling from your team, my car was dropped off at your garage on the 27th of April and booked in for the 29th April for the diagnostic.
After contacting your team on the 7th May to see why it was taking so long they blamed the warranty team for delaying which was untrue, I contacted the warranty team and was told they sent a email to your team on the 5th of may asking for the diagnostic codes so they could approve for the repair but your team where dragging there heels and not sending the codes even trying to speak to someone at Sytner was difficult, I even asked to speak to the manager but was told I couldn't speak directly to the manager.
I didn't get the car back until the 22nd of June explain that one and a final bill I had to pay of £525.
After picking the car back up there's a bleeping sound when I turn the engine on which wasn't there before.
As for taking my time to reply to you I know nothing will come of it.

Absolute terrible service when I picked the car up warning lights all over dash even though only had MOT day before, no technician to sort out so had to go home in a taxi had already changed my vehicle over then once collected tracking was out again couldn’t fit me in for this sorting so had to pay another garage to rectify extremely poor communication as sales manager ignored emails

Served by Herbie and previously Billy and couldn’t have asked for better. Super helpful and their advice was hugely appreciated. Finance clearly explained and plenty of help and advice given. No pressure from any of the sales guys, which is brilliant.

My experience from the very start was appalling from my very first call regarding my car that was under warranty and it still continues and is not resolved after 7 week. Totally disgusted having to chase continually. No customer loyalty would not recommend and will never use again.

Bought a VW Tiguan in April this year…
Bought a VW Tiguan in April this year (2026). I was assured it had been serviced very recently. After a couple of weeks the oil needed topping up. Then a fault light came on. I had it diagnosed at a local garage(£25) as an air intake issue. I really needed the car, so had the part replaced (£400+) at my usual garage.
Read the small print. Don't be confused when they mention "any VAT registered garage" when they're giving their spiel about the various add-ons and warranties.
They won't refund a penny.
Lovely sales staff (if a bit tedious with the optional extras), very poor after sales.
I'm actually glad I didn't involve them in repairs after seeing some of their other reviews on here.
Avoid!

Truly shocking experience!
I bought an Audi A6 from Sytner in Wakefield. I was told the car had had a 150 point inspection. I picked the car up from the garage and instantly the brakes on the car were grating and grinding, I phoned them up and they agreed to book the car in for remedial work. I picked the car back up to realise that the car brakes were still grinding and grating. The garage had changed the rear disks and pads but left the front grinding with disks that need replacing.
Overall the only thing they’re interested in is making as much money as possible per car sold. The after sales communication is very poor.

What made my experience great was the customer care israr that attend to us, and I he was so polite, willing to assist and cheering.
What the company is doing well is keeping all their cars clean all day because the cars are all looking clean all the time i came to inspect the car we wanted to buy.
