The repair services were excellent
The service was excellent. Really helpful and polite staff and a speedy turnaround. I had a courtesy car while the repairs were being carried out. The bodyshop was immaculate and in a convenient location.

Customer centric approach
The fact that I'm a returning customer over several years, having had 7 cars from this centre is testament to their customer centric approach.
All involved from reception to sales, services to finance are exceptional. I see no reason but to continue my business here.

I can only repeat reviews given following previous visits. Friendly staff, comfortable waiting environment and thoroughly professional technicians providing detailed service reports and recommendations. The spacious facility gives the opportunity also to view current car models.

Very professional on arrival
Very professional on arrival, shown through to the showroom/ reception area told a seat number to sit at and straight away offered a coffee while waiting for booking in agent , who explained everything well and said he would keep me informed of progress when recall item was completed ( replacement starter motor ) when I collected my car it had been cleaned and hoovered presented very nicely, thank you for your excellent service which I would recommend to anyone.

Notwithstanding there is a problem with…
Notwithstanding there is a problem with the car which is still not resolved, my experience so far has been completely in line with what I have come to expect. The WorkShop staff, in particular Mr Walker, have been very helpful at all times and, so far, have supported me completely in what is a difficult and worrying situation for me for various reasons.
The problem is not yet resolved, but this is because we are waiting for a part which needs to be sent from Germany and has an unknown/potentially long lead-time. I have issues about that(!), but it is out of the control of Sytners who, I know, are as frustrated as me by the situation and trying their best to press for delivery.

Appreciate having to book my car in for…
Appreciate having to book my car in for service but disappointed that it took over 5 hours for the work to be undertaken. Why be asked to bring in the car for 845am and the work on my vehicle did not commence until some time later ?. Also the environmental charge seemed excessive and not made aware that this would be included in the service charge.The young lady I met on arrival was very polite and courteous

A very positive experience
Having had poor communication and service from another Sytner dealership
Elsewhere. I booked my service with Sheffield.
From start to finish excellent communication and service.
Having to travel from Manchester and back my loan car was upgraded on the morning to an x5 from a mini.
Although booked in for a major 4 year service, checks on the system showed this had been done 2 years ago do in the end only needed less major 2 year service. Problems updating software on the app at home were also sorted out.
Overall a very positive experience at Sytner BMW Sheffield

I had to take my Defender for repairs…
I had to take my Defender for repairs after finding a dent in the front. Sytner are superb! Efficient, professional and much more importantly don’t inflate prices. I was extremely happy with the service and recommended them straight away to my husband who’s booking his car in too now.

Good communication via telephone call
Good communication via telephone call, messages and email. Easy booking in online.
The difficulty was choosing the correct options against the fault showing on the car screen. However a telephone call with Martin who explained what service was required and why cleared that problem.

Another great experience
As ever , very well looked after. A complimentary addition to my car which was a nice surprise . When I brought my car to review the problem I asked to purchase a paint sample - nothing to much as they obliged on a chip whilst I waited . Super happy.

I was looked after by David Smith who was great, very knowledgeable and accommodating.
On my initial visit to Sytner, I was extremely dissatisfied. A lady in the sales team looked after us, she very impatient, didn’t follow up with anything she had promised and made me and my partner feel stupid for being there and not being ready to buy a car on the spot.
I was ready to take my business to other BMW dealers, but I spoke with Dave and he was great and really easy to arrange a deal with.
