Very relaxed atmosphere
Very relaxed atmosphere. No pressure to buy. Happy to answer any questions. Plenty of space to walk around and look at the cars. I was buying a new mini countryman and it was nice to see cars all a wide range of colours and specs. Fergus is down to earth and very approachable. I would definitely recommend sytner Sheffield mini.

Friendly staff
Friendly staff, particularly Paul Canon, who ensured I was well looked after throughout my contact with Sytner. Paul was really knowledgable and helpful when selecting the right car for me. He kept me informed regularly, without being “too much”, like some sales employees can be!

Great experience from start to finish
This must be the easiest company to deal with when buying a car. My first experience two years ago was excellent and the service was equally as good.
All the staff were joined up, they called me when they said they would. They listened to what I wanted, explained clearly every document and what I needed to do and kept me fully informed on delivery etc.
the delivery was perfect , so this was a another happy purchase for me.

New car
Recently bought a new car from Sytner Mini Sheffield. The Salesperson was very helpful ensuring that I got the right car spec for me, with a deal that I was happy with. I was kept up to date with the order process and was pleased when the car arrived in time to test out the new sunroof in the early September sun. The handover was perfect and the salesperson ensured the car was set up for me and even synchronised my phone. All in all a great experience.

Commitment by Oliver to my interest in a new car, the specifics of how I used my previous car and what I was looking for from the day I went to Sytner Mini in Sheffield in July/August, to the day I drove the car away on 28th. The follow up call on 4/9/23 was a surprise, but I appreciated there could have been some issues. There were none. All the documentation was completed, and the new documents arrived soon after.
