I had a really nice experience of purchasing a vehicle for a change (I hate changing my car and the whole process) but the staff here at Mini were very different to other sales people I have dealt with before. My sister bought a car and recommended the dealership, so I popped down and ended up swapping my car myself. Russell dealt with me, very nice guy and made the process easy and simple. Great hassle free experience
Jody called me to discuss swapping my car. I came into the dealership not necessarily wanting to go into a new deal and was very honest about what I wanted/expected to pay. The team were respectful of this and were super helpful in finding me some options. They managed to get me a great deal which was around where I wanted to be price wise but also meant upgrading to a better car. The pick-up was very straight forward and Jody was super helpful when I spotted a chip in the windscreen the day after collection. This was sorted quickly and hassle free. Thanks all

Had no intention of buying a new car as mine was having a service . After speaking to the sales team and looking at 2 new cars l was hooked .

Excellent experience from start to finish. Car was unsighted but Sytner provided a helpful (and accurate) video. Consistent dialogue throughout the sale and delivery to home. Straightforward and uncomplicated.
