When we first visited the showroom with the intent on just continuing our search and review of possible buying a Mini we were greeted with a warm smile and a willingness to get us to a Sales person ASAP.
Once we were handed over to Rory Turner the experience just got better. Rory was so helpful in showing us around the Mini Convertible and explaining all the options that we knew then this was the person and place we wanted to do business with. No questions were too stupid to Rory and we decided there and then to place our order. Even when a little later down the line when we decided we wanted to change our order to a higher model and spec, it was done with enthusiasm and a passion to help us get what we wanted.
It was also explained to us that due to the current climate there could be delays in our order which we expected, and Rory did a great job in keeping us updated with the progress of our build all the way to delivery.

Jamie was brilliant from start to finish really lovely guy who bent over backwards to help me and delivered my new car to my door. I'm dyslexic and him doing all the taxing of the car and dvla changes for me really helped excellent customer service and just a really nice guy.
