The Service advisor was attentive
The Service advisor was attentive, professional and friendly. I would rate the service provided by her as 10 out of 10. However, overall a 9 as I mistakenly asked for the car to be valeted.it came back k with lots of swirl marks, suggesting to me that it was mechanically cleaned, or the wrong kind of materials were used. Luckily, I have Rupes polisher and was able to correct the paintwork.

Great customer communication.
My experience was made all the better due to Tom James, Service Adviser at Sytner - Solihull. He was so attentive and kept me up to date through the whole process. Car’s had a recurring breaking issue, Sytner Solihull diagnosed the problem, and sorted it pronto. Tom, you’re a star. Thank you to everyone involved at the dealership. Definitely now my preferred!

Sold me a car that already had been sold at another dealer shop, Nobody returns calls, Total lack of communication, had the car for for hours and when driving on a straight road the car was just shaking, pulling to the left, brake warning light come on, I’ve had a lot of cars from this dealership and this will be my last BMW time to give Mercedes ago for my next vehicle, plus more issues but not enough place to explain here

What a disapontment!!
What a disapontment!!Car was dropped off at 8am for diagnostic work(plugging in a tool into the obd port)told them NOT to wash & vac as i ineed the car back asap-asked a few times how long will it take??they replied back not to long(as i was waiting for the car)Got the car back at 11am!!To me this was far to long-3 hours just to plug in a computer & £150 lighter-it seems that these cars are NOT reliable /or the garage have incompetence staff & lack of communication
