After puncturing two tyres on local potholes, Atif took exceptional care of us. He liaised with the tyre insurance company and sent over all the evidences in a very timely manner to ensure that my car was back on the road in less than 24 hours.

I have a lovely Mini which had its first service and given a clean as well, during which time I was given a coffee and biscuits! I am very proud of my Mini so I couldn’t have taken it to a better dealer, they did a stunning job!!!

Truly happy and a really good experience
I had an excellent experience with the team at MINI Sytner Tring. From my first call speaking to Sam to dealing with Lloyd whilst they had our car, the service was absolutely outstanding.
The communication was fantastic throughout — everything was explained clearly and in detail, so I always felt fully informed about what was happening with our car. It’s really refreshing to deal with a team that takes the time to make sure customers understand everything.
The level of professionalism and care was obvious, and it’s clear that customer service is a real priority for them. Everyone I dealt with was genuinely lovely, approachable, and happy to help with any questions.
Overall, it was a brilliant experience and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending MINI Sytner Tring.

We had a wonderful experience with the car salesperson, Pierre. He was incredibly helpful, polite, and genuinely lovely throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all of our questions, explained everything clearly, and never once made us feel pressured.
