Kudos to Anoop and Audi West London
I arrived there before the appointed time and was attended to immediately. The business lounge facilities were excellent and enabled me to work from there whiles waiting for my car to be serviced. Anoop was really attentive and ensured my car was delivered before the estimated finish time. He gave me great advice and also washed my car for me.

Solved my issue within minutes with missing vehicle code
I’d to call out Dave Reid who I called yesterday out of desperation and he resolved my issue within minutes. Thank you Dave you are a superstar. I had called another dealership who directed me to Audi UK and when I called Audi UK they directed me to my dealership. Dave knew exactly what the problem was and how to resolve it.

A sorry tale…
A sorry tale…. Placed a deposit on an Audi sport in July 2025 due for delivery Sept, was approximately 2 months late when in November I was told it had been damaged in transit. They refused to provide a loan car but offered a quick repair of the damaged car and free use of the car whilst they ordered a new one. I then endured nearly 3 months of chasing them for an update on the repair, asking on a number of occasions to speak to the head of sales but despite assurances he never returned my calls. Finally after more chasing I was told that the car had been declared a write-off and wouldn’t be repaired. Needless to say I cancelled my order - an absolute disgrace, the worst customer service I have received from any organisation ever!

Good, but the Fast Lane pre-booking for servicing just isn’t working.
Had to do everything from scratch on arrival, so it seemed pretty pointless.
After that everything was good.

Outstanding experience with Audi West London
I had an excellent experience dealing with the sales team at Audi, particularly with Altay. From the very beginning, they were tremely patient in explaining every step of the process required to acquire the car, ensuring I fully understood all the details before making any decisions.
Communication was consistently clear, timely and transparent, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. They were also very flexible in accommodating meetings around my schedule, which I greatly appreciated.
Most importantly, the guidance provided was always accurate, honest and easy to follow. I felt well-informed and supported throughout the whole journey. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, knowledgeable and customer-focused experience.

Positive experience with Diliar
I was dealt with by Diliar and he kept me informed all the way through during the purchase of my new A3. He kept be notified and was very helpful and accommodating and I would recommend him to family and friends if they ever wish to purchase a new Audi. He was very patient with me, polite and professional and understanding. He was not pushy like some salesmen can be. Highly recommend him.
