Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the product and delivery time. As these items need to be ordered directly from VoCoVo, availability is dependent on their stock levels, and unfortunately, the item was not in stock at the time of your order.
Could we also check whether the earpiece supplied was the correct one for your headset? The earpiece is available for the S4 headset, but there is no equivalent earpiece available for the S5 model. We’d appreciate the opportunity to clarify this and help resolve any issues. Please do reach out at info@talkingheadsets.co.uk and we can assist you with a return / refund

Excellent Service from the Talking headsets team. I orderd a set of x2s last Thursday the guys sent them out next day delivery. No worries i thought only too not be delivered by DPD. However one call to the guys at talking headsets and they resent a pair next day.. Now one happy owner of a set of Sordin X2s.

Not great customer service.
I ordered a Petzl chainsaw helmet on Bank holiday Monday, I never received any confirmation regarding the order. A week later no sign of the helmet, so I phoned to ask where the item was! I was told I would receive the said helmet the following day.
Following day still no helmet! Emailed them and was reassured helmet would be delivered next day! Following day still no helmet, so cancelled order and requested a full refund.
I wouldn't use this company again.

Thank you for your feedback, and I’m really sorry to hear about your experience — I completely understand how frustrating this must have been.
Unfortunately, there was an issue with the delivery of our ordered stock which caused unexpected delays, and I apologise that this wasn’t communicated clearly or promptly at the time. That’s on us, and we should have kept you better informed throughout.
The stock has now arrived, and everything is back to normal on our side. While I understand you’ve cancelled your order, if you would consider giving us another chance, we’d be more than happy to offer you a discount code as a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience and effort caused.
