I have enrolled in a Tata AIA plan under the Tata AIA Life Guaranteed Return Insurance Plan. However, the customer support at Tata AIA is extremely poor. No one is willing to assist when we have any queries. Moreover, they deduct payments from the bank account without customer consent, even if the payment for that month has already been made. It is very difficult to recover the deducted amount, as no one is available to address our requests or concerns.

Buy online team shares wrong information to pull the customer, once we pay and start the process we will realize that we need to compromise many things.

Policybazar's service was extremely disappointing. They facilitated my application with Tata AIA, I paid the premium, and then my application was rejected. Now, Policybazar refuses to assist in getting my refund, claiming it's not their problem. I feel they have a responsibility to support customers throughout the process, including refunds. I would not recommend using Policybazar

Worst and fraud. I was paying 1Lakh per year for 3 years. I was happy thinking money was well invested. But when I checked the statement it was a horror story, I couldn’t believe that after 3 years the fund value is 80 thousand. What happened to my total 3 lakh???

THOSE WHO READ THIS AND PLAN TO AVAIL INSURANCE FROM TATA AIA, I STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT TO AVAIL ANY SERVICE FROM THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL END UP SPENDING YOUR LIFE CHASING THESE PEOPLE AND GETTING INSULTED THROUGHOUT YOUR COMMUNICATION AND INTERACTIONS WITH THEIR STAFF. THERE IS NO PROFESSIONALISM OR TRUST YOU CAN EXPECT. FROM MY EXPERIENCE, THIS IS THE WORST INSURANCE COMPANY AND MANAGEMENT THAT ANY COMPANY CAN HAVE. THEY WILL IGNORE YOUR REQUESTS AND ALSO MAKE YOU SUFFER. THROUGHOUT MY COMMUNICATION WITH THESE DIRTY PEOPLE, ALL I EXPERIENCED WERE INSULTS, RACISM, AND IGNORANCE. NEVER AVAIL ANY SERVICE FROM THIS DIRTY COMPANY.
