The staff were very helpful and clearly explained the purchasing process. I did not feel pressured to agree to extra items offered in the appointment. I was able to find a car in my budget and it was ready to collect within a few days.

I saw a Ford Explorer on line at a great price and was interested in buying it.. problem was I live 400miles away. But, I didn’t have to worry as one call to salesman Reece, and everything was done.
He kept in touch with me until I could collect the car. Was professional in showing me how everything worked and after a quick sales transaction, I was on the road. A great service from this business and from a wonderful salesman.

Received updates throughout the purchase that the car was not ready - not sure how useful that is to anyone! Then after receiving an update to tell me that it was ready, was told that I couldn’t just “come and collect it” as they would need time to sort things out on their end (so not ready for collection then!).

The car was then received with small amount of damage to passenger side. This was only noticed a week after picking up the car (no one other than the salesperson had sat in that side of the car).

They were willing to take no responsibility whatsoever.

They’ve now also gone quiet on me when asking for a quote as to how much it would cost to get replaced

Aidan, the manager, was very helpful with the initial enquiry. Kallum was also very friendly and helpful throughout the documentation process, he is a very nice young guy and I think a friendly service is all you need when buying a car. Great overall service!

Excellent friendly customer service, no pressure sales we could take time looking. Alan and Harry took time to insure they met our needs with the car. Once agreed to purchase they kept us informed of delivery and on collection good after sales service and enjoying the car.

Overall experience great but found somethings wanting, if your spending a sizeable chunk of money i feel people need a bit more than what we got...I bought a cooker and after 2 weeks customer service rang to make sure all was fine, I booked a holiday again customer service gave me all the information I needed without any prompting .....but you are much better than Cinch so I have that to be thankful for

Tom was really helpful and great to deal with.
Unfortunately the service department were supposed to have charged the battery as the warning light was showing prior to being bought.When we picked it up the light was still showing and so we were advised to give it a long run.We did and had to charge it ourselves afterwards.despite that it had to be returned as the warning light came on within days.
Tom managed to get the service department to look at it and they advised it was ok and just needed charging.They charged it and yet within 2 days the warning light has come again.
