SJ at Tec Dive Gear was phenomenal in putting together exactly the combination I needed (I got a Ghost with padded shoulder straps and a small Xeos wing). Neither a Xeos nor a Ghost would have been quite right, but the combination is perfect for me - a small recreational diver. Just tell him what you want to accomplish with your gear and he will set you up. SJ also was great in immediately answering questions when we were adjusting straps, etc. the first time. The gear itself feels rugged but light for packing and carting around and is so non-boyant that I drastically reduced the weight I needed. It was very comfortable in the water and my husband said my trim in the water is better than its ever been (and I've been diving for nearly 20 years). Trust SJ and you will have world class dive gear. (not that it matters, but the gear also looks way cool).

Bought the xDeep Zen system and had a problem - it was damaged during shipping. Sebastian at Tec Dive Gear (the XDeep distributor in the US) jumped right in to quickly ship a replacement. Excellent customer service! On top of that, I simply asked a question about the hardware used to attach the single tank adapter and Sebastian, without me asking, shipped me some nuts/bolts to try out. I love this company and would not hesitate to order from them again.

Bought my Xdeep bcd, mask and accessories. Easy to order and keep up with my order. Haven’t had to return anything, but have called to make changes to my orders and their customer service was spot on and took care of my issue right away. Will definitely use them, and refer them moving forward.

I have been researching the purchase of a new Tech. BCD for awhile now and liked what I read about the new XDeep NX Project BCD. Not many dealers in the USA just yet. However I did find Tec Dive Gear and I am glad that I did.
