Tech Guys is the BEST! Forget the rest. In Portland, Oregon they are my "Go To" Guys. Pedro knows every time what to do. They have come out to my home business multiple times. Quickly he gets to the solution. He even gave me answers on setting up WordPress. He fixed a computer glitch and I am very happy with everyone from the phone scheduler to owner and Tech Guy.

Worst experience ever. Took my sons nintendo switch in for a LCD repair. They put a new screen on “free of charge” as a “goodwill gesture”, however there were deep scratches on the screen. I have the owner on voice recording admitting that he knew the scratches were on the screen when he put it on, but I can’t have an issue with this as it was free! When I asked for a new screen with no scratches he said I had to pay an additional £40. I asked for the old screen to be put back on and he said this would also be £40!! Very nice scam you have set up!! Replace with defective parts for “free” then charge when customers aren’t happy with the defect! He initially refused to give me my device back and was slamming it down on the side. I eventually had to call the police for him to give my property back to me. When I got home my son attempted to play the switch but the controllers won’t connect.. probably to sue with the slamming on desk that was done earlier I suspect!! Absolute con artist, avoid like the plague. Owner very aggressive and intimidating.

This was without doubt the worst customer experience I’ve ever had with a local company. I brought my iPad in for a battery replacement but after receiving it back there was a screen fault. I ended up bringing it in for a total of 3 times and each time it came back with something else wrong. Towards the end they got very rude and claimed it was my fault that I hadn’t read their terms and conditions. There are still issues with the iPad. I absolutely would not recommend this company to anyone, nor would I trust them with any other device.

Contacted the tech guys to fix my iPhone 12 camera glass - initially didn’t have the stock to fix it straight away. Kept me up to date when parts were in and the next day fitted me in and was done within the hour! Would recommend and would definitely use again!! Great service!

I had trouble in finding a company to repair my old iPod Classic. After trawling the internet I found the Techguys in Rainford & how glad I am that I did. Professional, friendly and reasonably priced – excellent communications and fast service. I can now access all my music again! No hesitation in recommending.

Brilliant service, Neil was very helpful, great suggestions, patient with my no knowledge of computer language lol. Took my mac in, everything explained to me what was going to happen, price agreed, would highly recommend.

Very impressive service.
It turned out that I had incorrectly ordered a replacement screen for a tablet that was similarly named but different from the tablet I owned. Though this was one for a model they didn't stock, Neil contacted me and discussed alternatives. I decided to continue with the replacement which, though the screen was bigger than the one I had ordered, was only slightly more expensive. They had to order in the replacement part from Europe and this was delayed in transit, but I had weekly phone calls informing me of the progress (or lack of it due to the hold up in them receiving the delivery). Once received the device was promptly repaired and returned to me in perfect condition. Would highly recommend.

I went with Tech Guys 360 Ltd because of the excellent reviews and because they didn't insist on sending my mobile away as had been the case with other repair places. I liked that Neil asked me the right questions to make sure that my mobile did indeed have a battery problem, and that it wasn't something else. Job done in less than 2 hours and cost was ok. I would use Tech Guys 360 again and highly recommend them.

Great Service and support from a Technician who knew what he was talking about and doing.

Job 1: Mobile 'phone screen replaced next day at reasonable cost. Display now looks better than new!
Job 2: Replacement battery packs sourced for two elderly but much loved Sony laptops. Very competitive price with satisfactory performance from the new power sources.
No previous connection with this Company.
