Technamart Avis 

Every review I have read is just like mine. Ordered a cable, they said it has been delivered. No delivery and no responses to my emails. Luckily Paypal refunded immediately.

I purchased a replacement cable from Technamart. It has failed to be delivered and despite multiple attempts at contacting the company I have had no response.

Useless company. Never answer messages and hate giving refunds. It is not registered in companies house, there are no accounts filed and there is nothing in the website as to who owns the company. Don’t touch them.

Bunch of thieves, ordered a battery, they say it has been delivered but it hasn't ......no contact at all just took my money and not bothered, will be taking them to small claims as they are asses

Avoid. I bought a camera battery that was clearly marked on the website as compatible with my camera model, but the battery I received was not compatible. Several emails and live chat attempts to Technamart have all gone ignored, and the returns process on their website is incomplete so I have no way of returning to get my money back without them replying to me.

Wish I could give no stars.
They sent wrong product, I have e-mailed so many times with no response. Don't waste your money!

AVOID…Wouldn’t even give 1 star if I had a choice. Unfortunately bought a lead for my Ipad, through OnBuy, which showed up as MacroDirect. Hence didn’t find out this name contacting PayPal. Item was unsuitable but trying to return it proved to be very trying. No response to my emails or OnBuy’s contacting them. Luckily OnBuy use PayPal so contacted them and they paid out instantly. Appalling customer service. AVOID !!

Ordered a Garmin charging cable on 16/2. Advised on website that it would be a 3-5 day delivery.

Today is 02/3 - no delivery. No response via online chat and no response via email. Getting a refund via PayPal - thank goodness I paid through PayPal! Wished I'd seen the reviews before I ordered.

Ordered cable on 10th Feb with a 3 to 5 day delivery. Follow up email 19th as.no delivery and no tracking info. No reply to email. PayPal kindly refunded. Unclear if scam or not. Avoid.

I ordered a charger for a digital camera, they sent the wrong charger which looks cheap and probably cost pennies to make. No response to my emails, no response from the online chat and no telephone number to contact them. DO NOT use this company! Wish I’d gone on trustpilot before ordering from them.

I ordered a charging cable and paid extra to have it delivered quickly. When it didn't turn up, I tried contacting the company a couple of times but got no reply. My order did eventually turn up ... about a month later.

Ordered a rechargeable battery for a camcorder and paid £10 for next day delivery. The battery has not arrived and I have contacted Technamart 3 times but have had no response. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

This company is a disgrace. Paid for “next day” delivery. Goods did not arrive next day because they were sent via Royal Mail using 48-hour delivery NOT next day which I paid extra for.
No phone number to contact Technamart
Tried Technamart online “chat” several times, it’s never connected or maybe ignored as never get a response.
Tried Technamart online “Leave a message” several times, never got a response.
Several emails sent requesting refund on the additional postage I paid for “next day” deliver and nil response.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS RIP OFF COMPANY WHO COULDN’T CARE LESS ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS

Ordered a charger that never arrived. They refuse to answer any queries relating to non delivery. Will be claiming back as fraud on my credit card. AVOID

I bought a connection cable from this company on 12th January paying for next day delivery. After exactly one week and 2 emails, plus 3 attempts at 'chat with us' (no response from either) I still have no cable! How they rate as high as 2.6 on Trust Pilot I do not know.

Bought next day delivery for £7.99 and hasn’t turned up 2 days later. Scammers. Don’t buy from here!

I returned a cable to them in early November as it was not suitable for the application. I have received no acknowledgement of its receipt nor a refund despite reminding them several times. Lousy service! No service!!

I ordered a charger for my Garmin X40 Approach watch in October . I have never received it and the company have not responded to numerous e mails or on line conversations.
Avoid dealing with this company as their customer service is non existent and they are taking your money and providing zero service and zero product .

Absolutely diabolical customer service.
Sold me a faulty charger for my Canon Eos camera.
It did not work, the battery did not fit into the charging dock.
Asked for a replacement or refund.
Had no response on their live chat, email or calls.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS - THEY ARE CROOKS
