Do NOT buy from this company

Do NOT buy from this company if you need to return a product. After ordering two phone cases exceeding $100 which required returning (wrong size which admittedly was my error), paying extra for the international return shipping ($30), sending the package to the website identified address within the required timeframe, concurrently providing ALL the requested information to the company via email including the shipping information, order #, etc as required by the website, AND sending a screenshot photo from the USPS website that the package was in fact delivered, techxcelence still claims months later they never received the package. When I pointed out the last piece of information and inquired when I should expect to receive my refund, they stopped responding altogether. Would give a zero star review if that were an option.

Inferior Phone Cases

I wish I could give Techxcellence.com 0 star, because it does not deserve any. Almost a year ago I bought a case for a new iPhone 17 Air. The product was so shoddy that the camera cover peeled off within minutes. It took several weeks to get a replacement and that one lasted a few minutes. Despite the fact that the site claims they would pay the return shipping, they forced me to return both defective products at my expense. Keep in mind that the company is located in China, so postage was expensive. The return address I was given was incorrect and both items were returned. After months of stating my case, the company refuses to replace or refund the cost of the case plus the shipping charges. I’m out almost $100 for a product that’s not worth the money or time. Please do not buy any phone cases from this business.

Absolutely terrible

Absolutely terrible, one case seemed poor quality, the 2 was way too heavy for anyone to pack.
I returned the items being promised a reimbursement of shipping and a refund of the purchase price.
I finally got my CC company to reverse the transaction since these people were ignoring my emails, once the cc company stepped in it was 2 days and they refunded my money, minus the shipping cost.
Now I will contact apple and google and make them aware of the way they do buisness and use there features to pay.

Stay away from this place

I have sent countless emails with photo proof of the items returned and delivered to your address, the shipping cost receipt, a screen shot of our conversation where they stated they would reimburse the cost of the shipping even a screen shot of this conversation, all you will get from this company is there automated reply and you will never heard from them again.

Stay away from this company and find a more reputable place to buy your phone cases.

If I could give it No Stars I would

If I could give it No Stars I would. I purchased Iphone 17 leather wallet case ($70) on August 13th 2025. It arrived August 25th (from Hong Kong). It started falling apart in week 2 of use. I contacted them with photos and returned it (I had to pay to ship it back - Nov 4th 2025 - well within the 90 days return guaranty). Their email said I would be refunded. I just received the case back in the mail as they noted I had 'abused' the product. What a scam! I am a 70 year old woman who has a quiet life and so does my phone. Terrible product quality - literally magnets fell out, rubber cracked etc. I sent and have dated pics of the pathetic quality.

Would give zero stars if I could

Would give zero stars if I could. Products are poor plastic quality not luxury! Getting a refund is stonewalled … asking for photos! And customer pays for return shipping! Stay away … buy directly from Apple! This company should be held accountable …next time I will come here before buying products from vogue companies!

Asked for return/refund… after several emails they gave me a hint king address w no zip code! The package was shipped from Hileah FL! Requested good address in the states … no response!

This company is a total fraud

This company is a total fraud. I ordered a cell phone case the end of September. They did not have the case I ordered so picked one for me of their choosing and shipped it taking my money. They said I could return it for a refund. This cost me over $20 to ship it to Hong King where the address they gave me to send it to did not exist. I just got it back in the mail. So 2 and 1/2 months later I still have the case I did not order, and they have my $40 for the case and still owe me $20 for the shipping. Can you believe they have offered me 50% off on a replacement case? What a joke.

Techxcelence sent me a "we are sorry." Here is my reply.

Hello, I submitted a bad review of your company to Trustpilot, and you sent a nice apology for the situation I find myself in. You asked me to respond to this email address so you could review the issue and help solve the problem.

So here is my response. First, I don't believe for a minute you intend to solve anything as I have already sent over 20 emails to this address. Please tell me why email #21 will be any different than the previous emails? Secondly, you asked for my order number which I included in the subject line. You should already have this from all of our previous conversations.

So again, I will lay out all the details for you.

1. I ordered a cell phone case from you.
2. You did not have the case.
3. You choose one for me and sent it taking my $40.00.
4. ANY NORMAL BUSINESS WOULD NOT HAVE DONE THIS. THEY WOULD HAVE EMAILED ME AND SAID WE ARE SORRY, BUT WE DON'T HAVE THIS PRODUCT. WOULD YOU LIKE A REFUND, OR WOULD YOU LIKE TO CHOOSE ANOTHER CASE? THEY WOULD NEVER HAVE TAKEN MY MONEY AND SENT ME A PRODUCT I DID NOT ORDER.
5. After many emails and over 4 months this is still not resolved.
6. 2/15/2026. You told me to return the product you should have never sent me. You told me to send it to Unit 2A, 17/F Glenealy Tower, No.1 Glenealy, CENTRAL, HONG KONG ISLAND.
7. This cost me $21.85 USD WHICH YOU STILL OWE ME FOR SINCE I NEVER ORDERED THE PRODUCT YOU SENT ME AND CHARGED ME FOR.
8. Three weeks after returning the cell phone case I received it back as non-deliverable. So it appears the return address you gave does not exist. What is going on with this? You can verify the address on the email you sent me on 02/15/2026. You eventually emailed me stating you did not want the case back. You should have thought of this before I spend $21.85 trying to return it to you.
9. 02/14/2029. You offered me a free replacement. I HAVE NEVER WANTED A REPLACEMENT SINCE IT APPEARS YOU NEVER HAD WHAT I WANTED. I WANT A REFUND. You told me it was out of stock. Really? It has been out of stock for 5 months now? Unbelievable! I don't believe you ever had it in the first place when you took my money and sent me something I DID NOT ORDER.
10. I can no longer find the email due to the volume of our correspondence, but before offering me an exchange or a refund, you offered me 50% off a replacement. Since I cannot find the email I cannot prove this, but it is equally amazing it happened and is just part of everything you have put me through since it appears you have stolen my money and have no intention of refunding it.

The ball is now in your court. What do you intend to do? You owe me for the cell phone case you took my money for and you never had. I think it was $39.95. You also owe me $21.85 for trying to return the case you sent. Remember you requested this and sent me a bogus address to send it to.

This is a total of $61.80 USD which you owe me.

The company just responded to my complaint listed above. It is printed after these comments.

They said nothing they have not said before. They REFUSE to give me a refund, and did not even mention the money I spent trying to return the case.

This company is HORRIBLE. Do business with them at your own risk. They say they are committed to resolving this which is 100% BS.

Techxcellene just sent me a response to my latest response to them.

They are willing to give me a refund if I return the case. If they had anyone there who could read English they realized we have been down this road before.

I responded to them and told them this. I spent around $24.00 returning the cell phone case, but it came back 3 weeks later as undeliverable. THEY SENT ME A BOGUS RETURN ADDRESS!

I told them they still owe me for this return as they sent me something I did not order. Unbelieveable!

If they send me a pre-paid package, I will return it.

Disappointing quality of iphone 17 promax cover

I purchased an iphone cover for my new iphone17 promax. It was a so called luxury cover made of real leather. The order didnt arrived after 30 days so I contacted the company. Eventually a cover arrived but not the one I paid for and of a lesser quality. I returned it as they said they would pay me for the postage. This has never happened. Eventually my "luxury" cover arrived. It is covered in bird leather. Nothing that special about it considering I paid, all up, over $150 AUS. I could have purchased a better cover locally and known what I was getting. The postage refund has never happened. Avoid this company at all cost. Dishonest.
